I hate to say this, BUT this is very damning in my opinion. There could be a juror who basically thinks he did it (like me), but is looking for "something" (like direct evidence of phone spoofing) before they can say ok, guilty beyond reasonable doubt. But seeing he is saying he's considering moving to France (hello/goodbye? wife and kids), I could see the juror saying enough is enough. Guilty. Seriously.

The thing is its not like he met this one girl and wanted to be with her. He had an established record of being unfaithful, first with HM now with the french girl. And it's not even something recent, he was doing this back in 2004, when his first daughter was born.

They are painting a picture of a man who wanted to live a single life without having to give up his cash to get there. He wanted it all, the money, the women, the ability to travel and pick up and move to foreign countries. It's painting a picture. It's getting more and more vivid with each witness.

If this was the case, what was the point in fighting for custody of the girls? Or perhaps not fighting for them would REALLy paint him in the most negative light?

yeah, that's always been a piece of the puzzle that doesn't fit for me. Being a single dad would really cut into his lifestyle.

That would be right around the time NC stopped having sex with him. Not justifying the behavior, just making an observation.
