1st Citizens has to be thrilled to have their name and corporate image associated to this trial.

You bet (I've just outed myself a bit) -- especially his citing our asset size (yes, it's public info) and some or the internal security info. I was wondering if FCB might have someone in the courtroom... dunno

Now it sounds like he was too big for even Cisco to contain him. Quite the guy. The courtroom is about to burst wide open with egos this morning.

"I'm too wonky for my car too wonky for my car
Too wonky by far
And I'm too wonky for my hat
Too wonky for my hat what do you think about that..."

No comments now that he's listing off all of his certifications?

I hear him and I hear "whaaa, wha, whaaaaa, whaa, wha, waaaa." You know, the Charlie Brown adult voices.

If I am ever at a party in which this guy is also there, I will fling myself to the other side of the room immediately, so I don't end up cornered and have to chew my own foot off to escape the steel trap of his monologues.

To make it fair it should be a 3-way race with CPD also participating.

JW won!
BC close second.
CPD...oooppps

Let's not forget the FBI "Cell Phone Expert" who could not navigate the phone at all. Apparently he just missed the race altogether.

I noticed no wedding ring. Nothing derogatory there, just sayin'.

Yes, I have a comment. We have not heard the prosecution question him. Sorry, but I am still not impressed.

And he has been published. And he is required to do 120 units of ongoing training every 3 years. So here is all the stuff that qualifies him as an expert.

Now why did this make me start humming '

'you can leave your hat on'..... with a visual of the chippendales. :floorlaugh:

No security clearance for Cisco?

  • #218
He needs to stop saying 'oh, that's a tech term.' Makes him sound arrogant.
