I agree with the defense on this. I don't see the relevance of his facebook account. O.K. The thing about conspiracy theory is relevant. Not the pictures.

Even I know how to set my facebook privacy settings. And keep up with the updates regularly.

But that's your choice. It's not mandated you have security/privacy settings. A lot of people don't (esp men his age).

LOL....can't wait to hear this....

lol Facebook.

reminds me of when Baez asked Dr. Vass about his Facebook.... I just laughed

That is fairly ridiculous. The availability of pictures from a facebook server after a facebook page has been removed has no bearing on the privacy settings being set or not it is simply another giant privacy hole in the facebook application itself.

Wonder how Ward will handle the rest of the cross, he seems a little defeated up there. I would imagine he will be much more defensive.

This is stupid. It has nothing to do with his expertise. I can't believe the judge is allowing this.

I guess it depends upon what kind of stuff one has up on ones facebook page. I've seen teachers fired from their jobs over scantily clad photos or photos of them drunk, etc. Not saying I agree with it, just saying that people have to be careful if they are in the public as to what they put on facebook. I have good friends who are very careful about what they put on facebook.

So, should I send Kurtz and Blum the facebook pages (once private) for the Two lead Pros witnesses.

What's wrong with reading about conspiracy theories?

I wish we knew exactly what was on there. The word 'retards' was read in a sentence by BZ...not very nice. Ruling class is being mentioned now.
People losing their jobs because of their FB pages are in the news weekly.
My FB page is mostly about the 4 yo grandbaby.

Definitely, the guy is an idiot for having this public info (esp since he is a young business owner). But relevant? Nope.

Wow, next up....true-crime bloggers accused of murder.

Guess we now will hear why his webpage is still under construction 4 years later. I was wondering why!

Wow...you guys would be ripping Kurtz if he did this to a prosecution witness. What's next, "When you were in 8th grade, isn't it true that you walked away from your computer without locking it?"
