Pro bono for the defense.

I'm guessing the defense did NOT find Mr Ward through Facebook. :)

I wish we knew exactly what was on there. The word 'retards' was read in a sentence by BZ...not very nice. Ruling class is being mentioned now.
People losing their jobs because of their FB pages are in the news weekly.
My FB page is mostly about the 4 yo grandbaby.

Definitely, my company has let people go because of things posted on their facebook page. Mine is as private as possible because I do have pictures of my grandchildren. I have 2 daughters who don't live near me, we use it to chat.

FB definitely is a double edged sword.

I think the State is only to prove that JWard's home computer was NOT secure and I believe he testified that he had Brad's computer connected to his internet..which could have corrupted Brad's Hard Drive...

Very interesting if so.

I guess there ARE instances where you can have too many friends, lol.

ROFL!!!! I want to see the pics!!

awwww.....too many friend requests! EEEEEK....FB conspiracy!!

  • #487
This is ridiculous. Don't you have anything to ask him that pertains to this trial?

Wow, Zellinger is looking like an idiot here. I'm losing respect for this guy. None of us can keep up with the everchanging settings for facebook. I only know when people post it to their status.

  • #489
He is right about that. I just checked and saw that my cell phone number was listed under my info. I certainly didn't put that there.

I don't think this approach is going to work very well for the prosecution. If the jury hasn't used Fecebook they won't care and if they have, they have experienced Facebook privacy fiascos.

ATTN ALL NETWORK SECURITY EXPERTS:

You are now responsible for keeping up with facebook policy and privacy settings on a daily basis.

But he is making a point...........Annoying, but I'm sure it's getting to the jury.

This whole line of testimony is going to his credibility only so it appears...
The big thing that jumps out at me is his business website is still under construction after 4 years??..

I think he just didnt realize he was dealing with real pro's who could find out whatever they want about him...He is coming across as not too careful with his own information..

Its important to remember, Defense did exactly the same thing with every State witness...

Too Bad..so sad..for Mr. Ward..and he is doing this pro bono so he just said..Sure not going to get rich doing that..

I think the point Mr Z is trying to make is that an internet security "expert" has allowed compromising information about himself to become public VIA THE INTERNET.

  • #495
johnfear, you were there yesterday and thought the jury liked him. How do you think they will receive this?

  • #496
Imagine if Kurtz had pulled up all the FB info on all the state witnesses. So tacky.

  • #497
All he has to say is he is not worried about his FB privacy settings.

  • #498
THAT'S IT?! cross is done?!

I missed what was 'compromising'?
