I wish we knew exactly what was on there. The word 'retards' was read in a sentence by BZ...not very nice. Ruling class is being mentioned now.
People losing their jobs because of their FB pages are in the news weekly.
My FB page is mostly about the 4 yo grandbaby.

Exactly, my Facebook is mostly my dogs and my grandchildren. And my friends. :)

So unless I missed something I was correct. There is absolutely no rebuttal to his actual testimony.

I have a file with profile pictures, some I used some I did not. I posted them on profile for a second or two and changed my mind. Don't think anyone saw them nor were they my actual PROFILE picture for anything more than a second.

Who cares if he is a Frank Zappa fan, if people at my work knew that I spent most of my time on WS and reading about murder, death and mayhem they would look at you like you were crazy.

I didn't think anything he said hurt the Prosecution in the first place :waitasec: .

Way to go Boz...way to open up for the witness to give that response on Pro-Bono.

Wow. That was very strong testimony for defense about helping those who need it. And he is a very sincere and honest witness. Bravo, Kurtz!

Don't object now Boz...you opened this box.

johnfear, you were there yesterday and thought the jury liked him. How do you think they will receive this?

I think this is a joke. I will go into more detail on what my impressions are of the the interactions so far. I am not ignoring JTF and have an adequate list of things to talk about.

Just a REALLY busy short work week and have mainly been monitoring and listening.

This is what I thought might happen x25. This is bonkers.

As for his webpage, I don't think he was qualified as a website builder. As for this? He's now responsible for the security of his facebook page and filtering out his interests.

That's it? Wow, they really had nothing on this guy. Facebook settings. Wow.

LOL Now bringing in his deceased father in law. That is good. Jury should love that.

JTF...you satisfied with the way the prosecution ripped this guy to shreds during cross? I mean he had an unsecure facebook page.

Fact that he did this Pro Bono shows me he is doing it for publicity....JMO

The point is....his entire testimony was "it's a conspiracy".....

This is sooooo obvious!! He's there to save Brad!! LOLOLOLOLOLOL

Definitely, the guy is an idiot for having this public info (esp since he is a young business owner). But relevant? Nope.

The only thing I can say is that in this guys case, with his speciality being computer security, he should be able to secure his privacy settings properly on facebook. More so than say somebody who is a teacher or waitress, etc.

You have to admit, securing a fb page is pretty simple!

I sure hope none of them have a family member or loved one with mental retardation. I HATE - absolutely HATE - when people use that term in a derogatory manner. It's very insensitive. Yes, I yelled the word Hate.

Not as much as Mr and Mrs. Rentz talking about their deceased daughter.

I check mine very often to make sure the FB powers haven't changed anything. I have mine uber-set for privacy.
