It should have been easy to verify how many pair of running shoes Nancy owned through purchase records. If Nancy owned more pairs, Brad should be able to direct the detectives to the store/s they were purchased. Same thing with the $300 withdrawals weekly. There were two other types of milk in the fridge? So why the need to run out early for milk?

I can't wait to watch this tonight without all the buffering. I'm missing half of everything he says.

And especially since he didn't clean one darn thing even for just HIMSELF while she was gone on vacay - when the mess would have been obviously less and he wouldn't have two small children to tend to at the same time. He didn't wash out a dish or throw away left over food - you know good and well he wouldn't have spent 5 to 6 hours cleaning after Nancy screwed up his tennis game that day had it not been for the unfortunate fact that he strangled her and HAD to clean up - and since it was a soft kill, I'm placing my money on the fact that trying to clean off cell phones and computers took up a great deal of that 5 to 6 hours. JMO

Where are you getting that he didn't clean anything while she was on vacation? He testified during the deposition that he DID clean up a few days before she came home, but he did not clean up the playroom or dust. She was upset about that, but he did say that he cleaned and even bragged to Nancy about it. So where are you getting that he did not clean??

So he supposedly slept on the crack between two twin beds pushed together? With a child on either side?

I am very confused. Yes my kids also sleep in same room and when one crys - the other sleeps through it. Why concentrate and make sure this point is made. This is the first trial I have watched "live" are they all like this?

When we had little babies 1 - 3 - we would often have 3 kinds of milk in fridge, Whole milk, skim, and soy milk.

The house was a pig pen when Nance returned from vacation.

MANY men will let the house go while the family is away. Of course if they come back early...

I do google searches all the time for my line of work.

The point was he said he was upstairs doing "work' from 7:30 to 8:30 AM. For some reason he volunteered "I also did some google searches". Odd little detail to disclose.

The shoes...

Her "new" running shoes & her "old" ones are in front of Det. Young. What shoes did she wear running? Hmmm...

Great question, prosecution asked it just now.

Just catching snippets. Did they NOT ask Brad, if she had a new pair and an old pair of running shoes, what was supposedly on her feet? No third pair?

Maybe they only give the girls organic milk?

I am sorry for commenting so much. But I do not like this testimony. I would be frustrated if these guys were questioning me too. Also if I knew my hubby was with kids and one was crying. I would not get up right away after 10 minutes I would then get up and go see if I can help. To me this is not suspicious.

Also I am in IT recieved a new cell phone. asked my 16 year old how to use it. All this to me does not seem to be concrete evidence.... I reallly hope they have more...

now the testimony being given paints a very bizarre conversation/situation

Unless he was googling stuff he wanted them to find "just in case", like marriage counseling, second honeymoons, how to clean a toilet................

It appears a running bra could be worn under this dress. I had the idea of a thin strapped sun-dress.

So if you ran out of one kind, would you make an early morning rush to the store to fill a bottle? I mean, me, I'd just substitute one of the other milks into the baby bottle and pick some of the other milk up later in the day. If I heard correctly, they had both lactose free milk and skim milk in the fridge. One or the other should accommodate.

well, not what he bought at HT

So just fat content was different? some people are picky about that I guess. I am certainly not picky enough to be running to the store at o-dark-thirty to pick some up though.
