She made a bunch of calls on the 11th in a row. Some of those calls (made a minute or so from the others) landed on the tower near where her body was found...then the next went to a different tower. So those records show that a call from the home could end up on the tower near where her body was found.

I think the point that's trying to be made is just because if one of the calls made during the morning of the 12th was on the tower close to the body does not automatically indicate that the phone was in that areas

Okay then..They have setup the foundation for the expert to put all these calls from July 12 early morning into perspective...of where phones were used all 4 of them..LOL

What time does their half-day end? That begins this Friday, yes?

Great....phone foundation laid (out of order).
So the next we hear will be the expert with the incriminating proof.

It was never established she made those calls from home.

No, but it showed that calls made sequentially could jump between all 3 towers. It wasn't like it was all on 1, then all on 2, then all on 3 (which would indicate driving to me). It was more like 1, 1, 1, 3, 2, 1, 2, 1, 1, 3 (or whatever the sequence was).

Det. JY on the stand. Nice suit btw.

Det. Young was dressed very nicely yesterday and again today. I think he's on top of his game too.

So why did it take 8 seconds for Brad to answer the 6:40AM call?

A reasonable explanation would be that he was driving and wasn't holding his cell phone. I don't hold mine while driving. The 8 second delay (versus the 1 second from earlier) actually makes this more logical. If he was anticipating the call (because of spoofing), he would be holding it and answer immediately like he did with the other calls.

Me thinks Brad's expert is going to suggest Nancy was calling while jogging..course huge doubt she could do that since she was jogging in her bare feet??..

and with her phone in the drawer in the foyer.

Funny they are talking about the SUV now. I was just posting about that last night.

Count to 8 and imagine that....doesn't work for me.

Mine would go to VM before then

We keep saying the next witness will be the one with the incriminating proof. I was literally on the edge of my seat this morning listening to the AT&T guy. But in the end, it was nothing.

Here comes the necklace.

Put your phone in your front pocket (where I usually have mine). Sit down in your call. Have someone dial it. See how long it takes you to get the phone out of your pocket to answer it. I've had to do that many times. I keep my wallet and my phone in my front pocket. While in a seated position, it's not easy to get the phone out.

He was introduced as a layperson.
Expected.

I sure hope that when the expert takes the stand, they have some sort of que card to list all the numbers and who they belong to..I am sure that would be helpful to the jury..and ya just know the defence expert will trying mixing things up to get them confused.....Im with you..Will hopefully be able to watch that witness..

BTW..this witness is rather good looking, well dressed and just love his deep voice ...<<<swoon>>>>> Hee Hee he's old enough to be my son :floorlaugh:
