Defense just got B-Slapped by the Judge because they have been trying to indicate that the CPD was not conducting a detailed investigation.... digging up this old stuff shows that they were pretty careful in their search....

The defense never said they weren't thorough in investigating Brad. They said all of their attention was focused on Brad. This actually adds to those statements.

I believe my wife still has letters/cards from her high school sweetheart who she moved away from 2 years before going to college. We've been married 21 years.

Without dates on those cards/letters in Brad's closet there is no telling when they are from. I wouldn't be surprised if calgary123 or whatever knew some of these people. This is completely prejudicial.

Hi, All -

I'm ba-a-a-a-ack.

Looks like I've missed some good testimony -- JA/AF, phone guy (who -- I'll catch up), and now SG's Sweetie, hunky young Young.

Thanks, thanks, to ALL for the very fine note-taking!

This is a great place to be -- what a site (sight) we are!!

Folks, just because a majority of people on this forum wouldn't doesn't mean that it's impossible or proves he was having a fling the previous day. I'm not even saying that he wasn't, just that it's not impossible that someone could have stuff dating back 5, 10, 15, 20 years.

I have no previous relationship momentos. Nothing matters but the one I'm WITH.

I can see keeping love letters, for old times sake..but a note on the back of a business card?? dont think so...I wonder IF they looked into the business card's recencency?? Is that even a word???

  • #326
I think the business card was from the marriage counselor Brad and Nancy saw together?

I think it was established long ago the marriage was a complete fraud.
I don't care about old love letters, I want to see evidence he is the killer.

Kitchen table..or closet... it was in the home of his wife and children....still shows Brad was not fully committed in this marriage. Along with the cheating in the marriage...he is not a devoted or trusting husband.

See my previous comment. I also know that my wife has stuff still from a previous marriage. Some people just keep stuff, if for no other reason than it reflects a period of time in their life.

I will say, we too made a cross country move to arrive in Raleigh. Prior to the movers coming, I spent days and days sorting stuff out, being sure I wasn't going to drag a bunch of useless crap on the moving van, to have to pack & unpack. I might have a couple photos from years ago, but anything sexually explicit is and has been long gone. :blushing:

But the question would be..would you have taken all these items with you when you moved to another Country..after taking on a new posting with the company you worked for??..and keep them in your master bedroom ??..I tend to think notes such as this if wanted to keep would be left in storage somehwere..maybe at your folks home or something??..It just isnt common sense to do that?

Passport <Nancy>...car insurance card inside.... along with passport information card birth cert. for nancy....SSC for G...SSC for I... reciept from INS....document regarding travel

Is this located in the same box as love note stuff?

  • #333
I believe the love note stuff was in the closet of the office, and the passports/marriage certificate/etc was in the closet of the master bedroom.

We might not agree on much :slapfight: But on this, we agree.:highfive:

Marriage document.

IMO, Brad was collecting paperwork to file insurance.

On further thought, he was just keeping this all out of Nancys reach.

Just so you know Oct. 13, 2000 was a Friday. They got married on Friday the 13th.

Wow. So cityslicker and his wife aren't committed to each other because they have love letters from before they were married? Or the other person that indicated the same thing?
