I'm surprised the prosecution ended with such a fizzle today.

Well, for 2 weeks their entire case has been a "fizzle".

Wasnt this found in with the papers such as Passports, Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates..ALL items Ms Nancy would need to have at some point currently..I am sure this will get clearified next week tho

I believe that stuff was separate but I can't be certain. Can anyone verify where they found the passports and birth certificates?

Doesn't Nancy's twin sister live in Oakville Ontario ?

I think this is Nancy's stuff (it was found in a closet in the MBR). It was probably from when she was planning on moving back to Canada.

Awwwwe..could have been indeed...but didnt I hear the kids passports were there too..I thought she couldnt go home with her mom and dad because Brad had them??? Ohh never mind..IM sure it will become more clear next week..at least I hope so..:seeya:

It has been disappointing. Based on what they've presented, I couldn't find him "guilty" even though I'm fairly certain he killed her.

It was only her passport unless I missed others. It was issued in 2006 and good until 2011. But they also found a passport for Nancy in Brad's Cisco office along with Katie's, I think. Anyway, one child's passport was in his Cisco office along with one for Nancy and the other child's was in his home office.

I do think that in cases such as this one (circumstantial) is like a puzzle, where all the pieces are dumped on the table, and piece by piece the picture becomes completed and clear..until then, things just seem disjointed..

That's another thing I was thinking about from yesterday's testimony from JY. He said he asked him about the passports and he said his passport and green card along with Bella's were at Cisco and then minutes later he goes upstairs and gets his passport/green card and Bella's. What human being purposely lies like that and then a minute later turns around to show he was lying?

It's the same thing with the sports bra. If he killed her, he knows exactly what she was wearing when he dumped the body since he put the bra on her. Why would you implicate yourself by telling police exactly what she is wearing? He was willing to throw off police/DD by lying about the dress but not about the bra? Doesn't make sense to me.

Ok. If he said they are in my office and ran upstairs and got them it makes perfect sense. if he said they are at cisco and then ran up and got them, that would be odd. Maybe JY inferred that "office" meant "cisco" I don't know.

Things don't seem to be coming in when you expect, like the necklace. As snowshuze said, I thought it was going to be introduced right after the discussion of jewelry on the body. It wasn't. So there is still a lot of stuff that we know should be in evidence and we're still waiting for it.

Another comment from yesterday that I hope someone can clarify. I thought I heard JY testify that when Brad came back into the house with DD/CD, he heard Brad ask DD what color was the dress and DD responded with 'black'.

Can anyone confirm/deny that statement by JY?
