What video or deposition did he say when he cleaned it?

I don't remember which one, but it was in the dep. He said he cleaned NC's car for her trip and since he had the shop vac out, decided to clean his car too. I haven't followed the spilled gas thing and can't remember when it supposedly was spilled.

According to what he told the detectives.

A. that's assuming had a single network in the house, he clearly had more than one.B. How do we know it is not a defense claim to again cause undo focus and time to be spent investigating the thinkpad while taking focus away from the more likely suspect computers.

Maybe they find out he was looking at her email. Is it more important to find out that he was snooping at email or that he had a complex system in place to actually place the morning calls? I would be much more swayed by the latter.

Where and/or HOW is it clear that he had more than one network? I have not seen or heard anything that even hinted that this is true, and most likely it is not, unless you are talking about a wired and wireless network, which even though physically different is the same network, if it attaches to the same broadband connection. I have seen or heard nothing to indicate that there were multiple Internet connections to the house.

It's not the examination of the complex system...it will be the GOOGLE SEARCHES on either 7/11 or the early morning hrs of 7/12 looking for a dump site (to include a map of Fielding Dr).

The defense will try to say someone else hacked into BC's network and put these Google searches on one of his computers.

That assertion is ridiculous and, IMHO, will not work.

IF there were Internet searches that show someone was looking for a place to dump a body AND the search included Fielding Dr, it was Brad who did those searches. Period.

SG, this is not like you. I am amazed that you are not using the full capacity of your brain....

1. The roving band of Hawaiin Mormons were crusing the area in the white van with a wireless laptop wardriving (looking for unsecured wireless signals) and found that BC's network was open and unsecured.

2. NC came out for her run, and they kidnapped her, killed her and dumped her on Fielding Dr.

3. They came back to the house, used the WiFi connection and hacked into his computers, then planted google search results on his system to make it look like BC did it.

4. BC, being the loyal and dutiful husband that he is, made several trips to HT that AM, and decided to launch into a cleaning spree, completely unaware that NC was not coming back to admire his handiwork.

5. When JA called, BC told her that she was running with CC, and then decided that it would be a great idea to go looking for her.

6. When LE called him, he did not answer the call, nor return the VM until ~30 minutes later.

7. Forgot to add, while BC was making his morning HT runs, he apparently decided to call work VM, and from what I could follow of the cell phone information yesterday take NC's phone on a little trip as well.

8. Somewhere in all this furious activity, and taking care of the kids, washing every piece of laundry in the house, mopping all the floors, taking care of the kids, running Google searches, doing laundry, looking for NC he called and canceled his tennis game.

So, it is clear that he is innocent, even though Kurtz & Co. get REALLY NERVOUS when someone mentions "computer" because they understand that it was really the roving band of Hawaiian Mormons that did this, although they have not been seen since this happened.

Now, I want you to TRY to use logic from now on, and don't make me have to straighten you out again! OK? :innocent:

Smart people are not infallible. Smart people still do dumb things. And even dumb people occasionally do smart things. Think the IQ of everyone in jail is under 90? Think again.

I've been recently re-reading Helter Skelter. Manson had very little formal education, but had a very high IQ, even to the point of impressing some of his legal team. He also apparently had more Charisma than Rasputin.

At 2:32am there is a data usage call, this is not the same as receiving or sending text messages. This may be normal at&t activity at this hour.

For the 6:05am call, this is 23 second duration call, 1 second seizure time, and the calling party is seen as 8541511 (home). This call, for some reason, does not show on the billable record. The TWC call records should have an indication of this call. These 1 second seizure times are interesting as it appears to be auto answered, such as calling 4762001(Cisco). You hear no ringback tones when the call is auto answered as the call is answered immediately. So for a call received by a cell phone to have a seizure time of 1 second it would appear that the cell phone is set to call forward all to VM. Perhaps this is why the call is not billable as the billing part will only occur when the vm is retrieved?

At 6.25am, not on billable record, there is a GPRS call, internet browsing?. This is interesting in that the HT records show him exiting the store at 6:25am. So this must have occurred immediately after leaving HT on the first trip.

At 6:34am there is a call received from 8541511(home), 0 second duration and no seizure time indicated. So this call was neither answered nor forwarded to vm. I wonder if seizure time is recorded for calls that are not answered, the reason I ask this is that the seizure time would indicate the amount of time it took to possibly locate the phone.

At 6:37am, an outbound call(Brads cell to 467-2001 Cisco), 29 second duration with a seizure time of 1 second. This indicates that seizure time must be recorded for outbound calls from cell phone. This call was tracked to cell tower X.

At 6:40am, an inbound call from 8541511 (home), 32 seconds in duration and a seizure time of 8 seconds. This call was tracked to cell tower Y. I am not implying anything odd with the different cell towers. I would only find it interesting to know where cell tower X is located as it relates to where NC's body was found. This is the call from NC according to BC.

At 6:45am a call to cell phone VM, duration of 63 seconds.

At 6:46am receives a text message.

At 6:47am another call to cell phone VM, duration of 25 seconds.

Hmmm. If you read the 10/10 SW on Brad's Samsung, CPD thinks he set up the spoofed 6:40 call using his internet connection from that Samsung smart phone.
Capture-1.jpg

So when did he use the phone's internet to set up the VOIP call?

Seems there are only 2 choices...

2:32AM or 6:25AM

The likely time would be the 6:37 call into the Cisco automated system instead of through internet access.

I am talking about multiple LAN & WiFi networks not internet connections. I base this on the number of connections on his router and antennas on his wireless access point.

Why do you got to be hating on Hawaiian Mormons? What have they ever done to you.

6:25 a.m. – Brad Cooper is recorded on surveillance video inside the Harris Teeter

6:25am data usage from cell phone (set up remote call w/ delayed time in HT parking lot)

6:34 missed call from home (tested remote call while he was back home)

6:37 call to 476-2001 (Cisco) (As he was driving ...part of VOIP spoof?)

6:40 call from home (at intersection)

TY to whomever linked to that portion of Brad's depo regarding the Gasoline~~

Maybe someone could clearify for me..but do you all refer to gas and electric lawnmowers as "Push Mowers"..Up here a push mower is totally manual with no motor of anykind??..

below are my opinions based on this portion of his depo in this link~~

Secondly..Brad's claim of dutifully cleaning that house is a crock..I doubt he even knows how to use a mop or rag let alone waste his time of housework..He appears to think himself ABOVE ALL THAT!! (My Opinion)

Thirdly~~ Why in heck would Nancy complain?..LOL..Its obvious Brad uses furniture, railings, door handles, counters to deposit clothing and linens!! Doubt he ever hung up anything inside a closet..

Lastly~~ His knowledge of Nancy's every activities including her jogging routine seems far to indepth...given their strained relationship I rather doubt they discussed these things!!..

In a nutshell he appears to me full of you know what!!

Why does Kurtz hate Hispanics that drive vans?
Wonder what they ever did to him?

Re: giving wifi security passwords to neighbors. Seriously, why in the heck would someone do that? That just sounds so far-fetched. Esp to a computer technician who knows the importance of protecting his data. Also, the thought of the real killer hacking into the Coopers' computer system is offensive to my intelligence. Hopefully his defense has more than this if the state has some good evidence.

Well, 2 years later, CPD thinks he used the internet on his Samsung phone.
The Cisco call could well be part 2 in the setup

My problem with claims of whether he did or did not do anything is that I've only heard from her friends about that and I don't consider them the most impartial people in the world. What if he puts on a few guy friends of his that says he did do cleaning from time to time? Does it automatically make them 'liars' because they are his friends?

I am talking about multiple LAN & WiFi networks not internet connections. I base this on the number of connections on his router and antennas on his wireless access point.

I have not seen pictures of the networking equipment, but unless he was using some of the higher end Cisco stuff, it was all on the same network. It might have been connected via several switches and/or routers, and could have had multiple access points, although they would not be needed, but it was still a single network.

Now, if you are using commercial grade equipment you can create a virtual network (VLAN) inside the same physical network. They are separated and cannot see each other normally, but if they are tied together at a single point, like to the Internet connection, they are still a single network.

If it helps you to understand this better, the Internet is large and has a lot of different networks, but it is still a single network.

It's easier to pin it on them since that's who most likely would be in the area, since it was a construction site and most builders employ hispanics.

I unfortunately did not get to hear defense opening statement, but I so agree that IF they spent anytime trying to point to outsiders as either hacking or infiltrating their computer system points directly to the fact Pros. MUST have damning evidence from it!!..Thats why I am waiting with bated breath for the expert's interpretation of forensics found!!

Just a thought..didnt Scoty Peterson try to claim their was a cult roaming in his neighbourhood that snapped up Lacy?? :floorlaugh:..Yeah right!!

IF a Man's personal/work computer is so easily snafoooo'd..HE has no business working for a company such as Cisco!!..

Why do you got to be hating on Hawaiian Mormons? What have they ever done to you.

This was one of the more outrageous stories that the defense cooked up in the Scott Peterson trial. I don't think they ever actually said Hawaiian Mormons, but they were talking about White Vans being seen with Carpet sticking out of the back, Mormons being seen in the Neighborhood, Some groups of people from Idaho, etc. Just pretty much anybody but Scott Peterson, so as I joke I started throwing different states in the mix, and Hawaii sounded good.

Just to illustrate the absurd, which fits because they are talking about construction workers, white vans, etc.

(any likeness to Hawaiians, whether Mormons or not, or of any religious persuasion, or lack thereof, is unintentional and is not intended to represent any Hawaiians, or Mormons either living or dead, or who will ever live or die, so there!)
