He's supposed to film until the judge adjourns for the day (not just @ 5pm). Though last week he was talking about some date he had scheduled that evening.

Just before they released the jury for the day, the def. was objecting to some article as being "Priveleged Information"..and saw a glimpse of some papers inside a plastic covering and something else??..Do we even know what that was?? TYIA..

He said he was late for work because he was at home was busy w/ Nancy and the kids.

A) Intended to use it to wrap the body but realized later it was too thin to contain body fluids and other trace evidence.

B) He actually bought it for Nancy's painting....hence he was fully aware of her Saturday AM appointment.

I can think of a few reasons..one is to secure it with all his personal info..or it was to hide it from LE?..at this point who knows??
