FBI agent: Brad looked @ Wachovia account, which hadn't been accessed online since 2006. Brad's acct: $300+. Nancy's: 90 cents.

So Nancy already had an established bank account?

I thought Brad said he was sleeping not working on EXCEL or whatever spreadsheet!

Yea but because of lack of info from WRAL, we have no clue when this was done.

I have a Wachovia account but it's not a regular bank account. It is more like an investment account with mutual funds that earn (or lose) me money. So I guess it depends on what type of account it was.

Geez! Were those their only accounts? They really were in big trouble financially.

Sounds like that cash allowance truly was all BC could spare...

Thanks - I thought earlier reference was 1 AM (07/12)

Okay, I missed the part that this was an investment, not a checking account. Sorry!

I'm totally confused now. I thought she didn't have one.

Even if it were some sort of money market account or another, it seems that since she was established there that she could have easily opened a checking/savings account.
However, with only 90 cents in the account it could very well be that she had forgotten about it?

I definitely saw on camera a shot of AS sitting in the courtroom playing with her Blackberry, so . . .

When I was there last Monday, Detective Jim Young (the one that wiped NC's mobile phone) was sitting directly in front of me working on a powerpoint deck with his laptop. And there was at least one other person using her iPad...so it *appears* electronic devices are allowed in the courtroom. But don't you dare let an incoming phone call or text interrupt the court proceedings...the bailiff is a big guy who doesn't seem scared about confiscating someone's property if given the opportunity. haha

This is what is completely frustrating about getting information this way. There is no detail on any of this stuff that we're getting.

Or NC could have believe she had been removed from this account - as she had been from all others charges, etc.

Prosecutor Boz Zellinger: Brad went to website on Feb. 21, 2008, made it a favorite. Site talks about suicide by asphyxiation.

RZ was deemed not credible due to all the photos and flyers and other publicity. See Temporary custody order in the sticky files, under findings of fact and conclusions of law.

That makes absolutely no sense. Then what is the point in putting up flyers? I could see that being an argument days or weeks later, but this was the next day. So the flyer basically says missing, have you seen me. Someone that saw her says I saw her and then recognized her face on the flyer. So now she is not credible because she saw the flyer?

Prosecutor Boz Zellinger: "Extremely relevant" that Brad's researching asphyxiation & that he lied about not being suicidal.

Thanks. I musta got confused and thought somewhere that the defense was trying to say the lost phone call was in between the two trips. Sorry if I was mistaken.

Based on the testimony of the cell phone usage, the 6:34 call does not show up in the cell phone logs and had a seizure time of 0, which indicates that it wasn't located by the cell tower (in my opinion). I believe Nancy made a call to the cell at 6:34 but it didn't complete because the cell was in a "dead zone" for cell coverage. So she tried again in 3 minutes.

Do we have confirmation her name was removed from accounts or were the accounts closed altogether?

I think what's more interesting about this fact is there has been huge debate on this forum about how she could not get a bank account on her own.
