Y/wecome!

But .... DOES the pros have to *prove* guilt? Or a pretty reasonable case thereto?

Innocent until PROVEN guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. I think I'm a pretty reasonable person.

Edited to fix typo.

And if it wasn't NC, who was it and why wasn't anyone looking for *that* female runner in order to corroborate the witness's story? And by the way - whoever that person was hasn't come forward even after this story exploded all over the local news. I'll let you draw your own conclusions why.

Personally, I would like to hear what she has to say. Thanks for pointing out those additional comments. It would be interesting to know why CPD did not pursue her comments.

Remember McKenzie in the background, barking, while scott was on the phone with amber, describing new years eve in paris to her? She ask's 'is that a dog barking?' to which scott replies, 'I'm going to kill that dog', something along those lines.

Did you see the other 'brad' I located, killed his wife, three sons, & mother and dumped them along the n.c. coast, on fire? I see our brad as a possible family annihilator, like Bradford Bishop. That's what I thought of when nancy's dad testifed about brad dreaming he saw three bodies. Thank goodness it was just nancy and not those babies too. :(

Yes, yes, yes - to McKnz barking and SP's desire to ... exit the hound. What a circus and a joke that entire case was.

Saw yr post (above), gracie, and went and read before posting here - minutes ago. Goodness me, thank GOD the little ones are safe! This guy, BC, is a real piece of work, eh? Tks for your thoughts! PSA :)

So, how does a defense attorney handle the fact that they see a number of other possibilities of the perpetrator, but LE does not give them any discovery of their investigation of them? Do they just drop it, or do they depose them themselves? If I was one of these other guys, I would be very hesitant to speak to the defense, even if I was innocent. Would they be required to cooperate, or just say, no thanks? Help me out any defense attorneys out there. tia

Tampering? As in...someone dug through the files and maliciously manufactured/altered computer evidence? Really?!!?

Index.dat files show as being modified after computer left BC's control, per Kurtz. Compuer activity report on screen now. #coopertrial

You're going to have to find me a guy that would initially agree to that first draft of the separation agreement, no questions asked. At the very least there would need to be mediation, which means she couldn't of left until an agreement was found.

My husband was one such guy. :banghead: His wife gave him a draft of a separation agreement and he 1-couldn't afford to hire an attorney & 2-was so tired of his ex's craziness that he just signed the first draft. No negotiations. Did he make the right decision to do that? NO!!! We are still and will continue to pay for those mistakes for many more years. But it does happen. Some people just don't realize there is much room for negotiations without an attorney.

What a slap in the FBI's face. What in the world would their motive be? Preposterous!!!
