he was driving down Wallsburg Ct and filming as well. Mamma Cupper probably saw him and that's what prompted her to hide jewelry under a sweater.

lol...exactly! The jewelry that had been laying around on the foyer table?? Odd place for Nancy to keep her jewelry....:waitasec:

I hear PI's follow people all the time.

scary, isn't it? I could just imagine someone watching him follow everyone and thinking "what the heck?!" lol

I think it is to show that BC didn't have to take an illegal turn to get to HT using the southern route like Young indicated. He's showing all the people that use that parking lot as a cut-through. Kind of pointless, but whatever. This shouldn't last long.

My guess is that between the defense and the prosecution they can EASILY drag this out well into "insufferable"....

I'm sorry but I don't see the relevance of this testimony. This is at 11 in the morning, much later than BC was allegedly driving that morning.

Besides, BC had a few free months to drive around and pick his alibi drive.

thanks Lawsy, that's the one I'm using - I refreshed and it's now working better. does your feed buffer much? usually mine doesn't but today it's being a pain!

ncsu, thanks - this is just to support BC's alibi or..?

The abc11 feed doesn't buffer at all

Definitely you can get to that store from the North South East or West without doing anything "hinky." I do it about every week.

The only point is to counter the JY testimony, since the state made JY testify about the different directions. I thought it was irrelevant then too.

don't know whether i was getting car sick watching this :hypno: or just need another cuppa joe, but my brain is woozy listening to these 2 droning voices

Who cares about this. Could BC have driven to HT a couple different ways? Yes. Could BC have done donuts in a parking lot before entering HT? yes.

WHO CARES?

  • #91
LOL. I see the point now!

They found the ONE thing BC told the "truth" about and want that to come into testimony!

His route to/from HT.

LOLOL

I don't know about NC but I know it is true elsewhere. There was a case of a man fighting to not pay child support for a child after he and his wife divorced. DNA proved that he was not the father but the court ruled in the best interest of the child and said that a child born to a couple during a valid marriage is the child of the husband.

getting here a little late. a child born during wedlock is presumed to be that of the husband. the putative father can file a special proceeding seeking to legitimize the child as his own.

It's coming out the brain of every juror, circling around the courtroom, and right at the WRAL camera feed.

no...it has buffered earlier in the trial, but now i get a 60 second warning and click to continue, and rolling the cursor over the screen every now and then avoids that as well.

This is the link to WTVD's coverage of the live trial. I have had no buffering or problems with it all week. And no time-outs either. You guys who are having trouble this morning may want to give it a shot.

I agree that this testimony is useless in that this PI wasn't doing this at 6:15 to 6:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Kurtz give it a rest. Back to smoke and mirrors IMO. He needs to do as the judge said and take it up in closing.

I was wrong about this being quick.

  • #99
Well, the def can always have BC testify as to the direction he took.

This witness can only testify to his findings.

Seems plausible to me if she was just going for a run. Who would want to run with a necklace flopping around your neck the whole time. I've always thought the argument that she never took off her necklace was a reach. I never take off my wedding ring, ever, except when I am going to exercise (basketball, weight-lifting, golf, etc.). Many times I'll leave it on the stand by the door as I walk out...and put it back on as I walk back in.
