If Brad and Nancy had such a rockin' shared email account, why did he feel the need to have Nancy's emails copied and forwarded to adventuresofbrad.com?

Because he wanted to be able to access all his personal email from a single account, maybe? Much easier to only have to load a single email account into a cell phone for example.

Everyone brought nancy money to the going away party?

So my wife has her own cell phone, he sister, my sister-in-law, has this cell phone listed as Mary and Albert phone. Does this make this a shared cell phone or just a way for my sister-in-law to list the cell phone?

No. I believe the defense is going to claim this was a shared account. They will probably show emails destined for both people in that account (my opinion here). My point is that Krista identifies this as "Brad and Nancy's" in her contact list. If they show emails intended for both people in the account, this adds credibility to that statement.

Personally, I don't believe it was a shared account. I believe he was monitoring her email.

ANOTHER testimony for $300 per week. And...........?

According to this witness, neck squeezing is not part of training for an Iron Man event. Oh, and neither is dead body carrying. Seriously, can there be a jury member so stupid as not to know what Iron Man is all about?

You pointed out that Brad didn't give her the $300 because she earned money painting. I simply pointed out that she made less, about half of that, painting for JA. Does that make it any clearer for you ?

I'm not arguing any of that. I'm not arguing about whether it was right or wrong. I'm simply pointing out that it is now testimony from a prosecution witness (the victim's sister) that the money wasn't given because of the money made painting....which goes against what many on here have been quick to throw out that he didn't give the money because he knew he was going to kill her.

Somebody help me here.... What does questioning this Dr. about what makes up an Iron Man triatholon have to do with ANYTHING?

Maybe just to show how much time he invested in prepping for the competitions and that was time he was taking away from his family.

I think this witness was called solely because she is a doctor, married to a doctor, and her testimony simply corroborates other witness accounts. The jury will find her credible--even if redundant--because she is a professional.

Nancy had to have had a separate account or else her lawyer would never had emailed her sensitive documents he had to actually intercept her mail from her personal account

Did the state just get an answer they did not expect? (making an effort to be a better father)?

And, that $300 was a fairly minimal amount.

I think that shows the disconnect between the money expectations with the people she was friends with versus the reality of the Cooper financial situation.

Nancy slept with jeans on, keys in pocket. Door locked. Someday she would have to get out fast.

Yes, it was just a momentary loss of power, but all my electrical stuff shut down. :( Computer, router, etc. had to reboot it all, and I'm still getting a lot of buffering. LOL, yes, we are in Wendell by address, but realistically, in the middle of nowhere, in Johnston Co., between Wendell & Archers Lodge. The road we live off of, is actually a gravel road that runs through a farm. When giving directions to people as to how to find us, once I say 'okay, now when you get to the gravel road.....' they look at me like WTH??? ( what the heck ), for the censors. We do have a generator, but it's a pain in the neck to get it up and running for very short power outages.

I don't think so. We've heard this testimony repeatedly - but with the caveat NC thought he was only doing it so it would bode well with the separation agreement.

Yes she did say that then followed with Nancy thought he was doing that due to separation negotiations going on to appear to be a good father...

I have business meetings most of the day today. Does anyone know where I can get a feed of the previous witnesses today?

This is so very sad. Nobody should have to live like that....much less sleep like that.

I don't believe this. I think it's an exaggeration. Who sleeps with jeans on? Why not sweats? You can still leave in sweats and be more comfortable.
