I wonder if the jury is getting tired of the repetitive testimony. I wish the defense would stipulate that Brad was a bad husband that had an affair so the prosecution could move on to real evidence.

I don't believe this. I think it's an exaggeration. Who sleeps with jeans on? Why not sweats? You can still leave in sweats and be more comfortable.

It may be one of Nancy's embellishments. We just don't know. However, to have to go to bed worried about what may happen in the middle of the night isn't good. I sleep in sweats during the winter months--couldn't live without them.

Exactly. She also said NC had the girls in there with her while she had on the jeans and keys. Did she come home and wake them up after spending multiple evenings out per week with her night friends? Did she feel the kids were safe until she came home and then there was danger so they had to be in the locked room? It doesn't add up.

I'm just enough of a curmudgeon, dotard and anarchist that were I to be on the jury I would send a note to the judge saying, if the ADD ADA puts on one more witness to how sorry BC was, I'd quit. Arrest me.

You are so right. She is so scared for her life she has to sleep with the door barricaded and dressed fully so she can flee at a moment's notice, but she has no problem leaving her children alone with him every night? Please.

Either no pockets or less secure pockets. If my sweats do have side pockets, my cell phone continually falls out of said pockets. I used to carry it in my bra, but then I thought if the radiation problem, I figured it wasn't a good idea to stick a cell phone in my bra.
