He wasn't hatin' on the kids.

True, we have never heard he was violent to anyone though.

If I was married/living with anyone who I thought may be violent (to anyone) I would NEVER leave my children with him/her.

I wasn't in fear of my x husband until the night he tried to kill me, good thing for nosy neighbors

Palomine, I'm sorry you had to go through that.

I think the point being made here is that testimony is that Nancy wasn't afraid of Brad, yet she said she slept in jeans, with her children, with the door barricaded (and often after she'd left the kids there with him). It doesn't add up.

Is Fitzhugh (sp?) saying this dr friend went to Fielding Drive and saw NC's body?

I think she said photos of the body at Fielding.

really there is only one way to put on a sports bra...and the pros should have someone come in and put one on...bet the jury will do it during deliberations

Sports bra testimony from someone who actually KNOWS how sports bras work.

But this seems contradictory to EVERYTHING we have heard (she wasn't in fear for her life). I struggle with this.

I know, it caught me somewhat off guard too. But maybe at some point Nancy did tell this doctor this, regardless of whether true or not?

You are so right. She is so scared for her life she has to sleep with the door barricaded and dressed fully so she can flee at a moment's notice, but she has no problem leaving her children alone with him every night? Please.

My only comment regarding this, is that I have been thru stuff like this with a few friends...and yes after a fight with their spouse, thats exactly what was done....I think Nancy understood that Brad's personality was a "Seething one" and indeed felt afrraid he would take off with the kids in the heat of the moment..but would settle down after time passed..She did not trust Brad..and in the end she was correct!!

I have had a knock at my door middle of the night, to find my friend with her kids..totally afraid..and in the morning..cooler heads prevailed..so returned. So unless you have walked in those shoes, one just cannot dismiss this mentality...JMOO

The Dr is a runner and knows Nancy would not run with that bra rolled under.

she may have been afraid he would take the kid's and she did not want him in her car

Testimony will be violation 5,6,14 constitutional rights. Trenkle has thrown that out so many times.

I don't question Dr. Hackling's honesty here. I just don't know if it is true that Nancy did this. (Again, I'm not bashing the victim and I don't believe she deserved to be murdered.)

We need fulldisclosure's husband to do another re-enactment tonight. Have FD lay there (with no top on) and see if he can put it on, and if so, does it roll?

yet you put the cell phone up to your brain???

Well yeah, to talk on it. But it's not pressed tightly against my breast, stuffed into my bra, and held there for hours at a time. It was an easy spot to carry it so many times when I don't have a pocket. One time I couldn't find my cell anywhere. I'd looked high and low, even called my daughter next door to have her call my cell number and listen at her house to see if I maybe dropped it over there. So she called my cell number, and my left breast rang rather loudly, scared the cr*p out of me. :floorlaugh:

Excellent idea! And we know he's game after I got him to pull me across the floor last night! :)

There have been inconsistencies in some of what Nancy told to her various friends, I agree. This is just another of those common sense or gut feeling things the jury will have to go with. It does fly in the face of what Nancy told her family and friends that she wasn't afraid of Brad.

Perhaps Trenkle should demonstrate it - he might learn something in the process aye ?

Quite honestly, I am tired of the dead horse by the defense that BCs 4,6, and 14th amendments are being violated over and over. After all at the very beginning of this trial, due to the defense's own proposal, BC gave away some of his rights after Judge Gessner asked him point blank if he understood that he was doing so.
