Brad ordered it Jan 2, 2008 ... I'm not sure that can be connected in any pre-meditation argument.

But it does go to Brad's state of mind in infiltrating Nancy's business..such as her emails, phone messages, calls and voicemails...and no doubt it when Nancy started to complain about phone clicking and feeing listened to..Order date is one thing..wonder when he received it..He was doing alot of researching to figure out this stuff..even to be able to wipe data's ( Nuk) ..

One specific call/email was at 4:42 am. Stated she would be headed for a run. (Java Jive open at 5:00 am over there?)

NC agreeing to mediation is not agreeing to working it out in her marriage. It is an excellent tool to work out divorce matters without having to pay gigantic court fees.

IIRC that Nancy was having a hissy fit in January, when Brad brought all sorts of equipement into the house and demanded it be removed ..think it was Feb...sorrry I dont recall who stated that... But yes this was going on during the "Marriage Councilling" period...Not sure IF it was after learning for sure Brad had his affair...

I'm fairly certain he had an EVDO card so he could use his laptop connecting through EVDO form anywhere. No free wifi needed.
