What I got out of this morning's witness - BC never bad-mouthed his wife to anyone. He never said one negative thing about her to anyone. She trashed him to everyone she came in contact with, including the exterminator and people she just met. I think this further weakens the state's assertion that he was a terrible husband, IMO.

All she did was talk. He trashed her for good.

What a bunch of crazy questions that Brad has to answer ... if it has to be established that he had an affair, that's been done ... why ask how many times he kissed her. Crazy stuff!

Kinda' hard to get up for singing one's husband's praises, when he cancels your access to bank accounts/credit cards, lets the water get cut off in your home. puts you on an allowance and can't keep his pants zipped. MOO

What is with "to the best of my knowledge heather m. gave me oral sex"??!!! To the best of my knowledge?? What, was he not sure it was actually her and maybe somebody else slipped into the residence and he wasn't sure who he had oral sex with? What a dumb thing to say.

No kidding. I'm amazed at what can be over-looked concerning Brad. 'Sexual intercourse in the closet', 'oral sex in the home, possibly in the closet?' At least Nancy was up front with her feelings.

I've never taken one, but I've heard lawyers really take the gloves off during depositions, trying to get any question in they can get away with.

Yep! That "to the best of my knowledge" is just plain silly, for this line of questioning.

This deposition was done, with his attorney's present, for the custody hearing for the two minor children. All parties *still alive*, gave depositions in this matter.

I was told a story once in a management seminar where someone was fired (the manager did it in a ridiculing way) and some weeks later that manager found himself sitting in a lawyers office getting ripped apart during a deposition.

She is like that throughout the whole tape, she doesn't give an inch - she has quite a technique and by the end of it one cannot but be in admiration of her, imo.
