Exactly Trenkle. Why didn't Young call AT&T back to figure out what the hell just happened to the phone. I never understood that either.

anybody checking the time? how much do they have left, and can they run over the time limit?

Have the closing arguments been presented yet?

TIA,

Salem

Why have detectives been attending the entire trial?

i hope det. young got reamed for that phone fiasco........either side of the fence should be furious about that incompetence

Very good point about CPD going to Pearson and saying "defense may ask you questions".

Their combined total is over 2 hours now. My guess is he has about 5 minutes left (thinking the judge is going to let him go an hour).

I can safely say that didn't happen. There would have been evidence of that.

How do you figure? Not everyone announces at a party if they throw up. Women hide anorexia and bulimia for years and years and years and no one is ever the wiser.

pretty much the norm from what i've observed in court..............allowed to avoid the sequestration order and usually help the prosecutor throughout the trial

Here come the ducks.

Trenkle is hitting homeruns all over the place. The state better bring the hammer.

"The prosecutors said 'you made our witnesses look like liars.' No, they did that by themselves."

Ouch.
