They're going to have their work cut out for them. The defense has highlighted many doubts about the prosecution's entire case. Those doubts will be fresh in the minds of the jury members every time the prosecution talks about something in their closing statements.

One of the defense experts testified that it was still communicating with the tower and therefore still had all of it's info on it - then sometime later it was erased. This was after the phone was erased.

We've discussed that here and I think someone said it was possible. We;ll see if Zell uses it in closing as I"m sure he'll do the techie stuff.
