These are all my guesses, but I'd love to know if they state anything for certain. Who is the last witness? Usually they're the ones to end with a bang.

I have no idea.............but, it was a very good day for the Pros

Jason seems to me to be the type who knew how to push people's buttons and get them riled up just to get to see the action.

With Michelle, it sounded like he would take a small disagreement and blow it up until she would verbally fight him back.

He obviously likes to manipulate situations for his personal entertainment.

Just why did he tell Jason to get an attorney before he talked to LE? He sure hesitated on that one.

She asked if the reason he suggested Jason get an attorney was in part bc he felt Jason was involved. I knew it wouldn't be allowed "calls for speculation".

I don't know, I think that was pretty big right there, JP recounting the conversation about divorce. JY didn't say no because I love MY. No because I want to work on our marriage and have more kids.

He didn't want MY. He did want CY.

Yes, thank goodness we were spared the intimate party trick scenario. All in all, today went to the PT. It will be interesting to see the last witness for State and then to see what the DT has next week.

Oh nothing big or damaging IMO. Josh mentioned that on the way back from wedding reception JY made inappropriate comments to .. (Shelly's dad? Don't recall exactly who because me daughter was talking to me)

Also, early on he testified that their group of friends assumed Michelle and Jason were breaking up soon but instead they announced plans to marry. I assume this is attempt to show that Jason did not love MY and only married due to pregnancy.

After BH's question, Josh said that he and some of the mutual friends of Josh and JY felt that JY and MY would not have gotten married if she had not been pregnant.

It seems that MY's pregnancy and Cassidy's birth were the worst and best things to happen to poor Michelle. <shaking my head>
