I used to know some pretty wild guys back in the day and they did and said some pretty crazy stuff, but this guy takes it to a level that make them look like choir boys.

Me too. I would have made sure I wasn't ever around him even if I had to miss a get-together.

As I'm listening to the prosecution's case, it just dawned on me that by themselves, the pieces of the puzzle mean nothing, but when you put them together, it becomes too much to explain away. Jason is the only one the evidence points to, and anything that points away from him, is a failed attempt at excuses for JY.

I think I finally understand what some of you were getting at when you talked about this being a common sense case, because it just defies logic that the killer was anyone other than Jason.

IMO

The policy was in effect as of February, I believe, of '06.

In Sept. '06 there was an increase to $2M with double indemnity for accidental.

Wow!

Did they say the change was done online?

ETA........I'm confused, I think I missed something? Did they say MY's policy was doubled in Sept., but not JY's?

Given JY's fixation with the male anatomy; he may well enjoy his prison stay a little too much, if is afforded that opportunity.

But remember "MaMa" Pat Young is proud of her baby boy "Jason"!!!

Haven't smoked cigs, cigars, pipes, etc within the last year (As of Nov '05) BAM!

To hear HC repeat the phrase "d*ck tricks'...lol weird to hear him say that phrase.

I giggled BOTH times he said it. Fingers crossed he'll find some way to indignantly shout it outloud during the trial...

I'll never look at those people who make balloons into shapes the same way again.

Some one get the phrase "dick trick" out of my mind.

R we on break????

I get it. He bought insurance (and was a non smoker, making him either a non-smoker OR a liar). Policy effective 1Q06. He waits a few months, then tries to kill her via auto accident. Since that didn't work, he decided to kill her. Either way, he was impatient.

This is SO PREMEDITATED.

TruTV about to replay the "tricks" line...

FEB 2006 - takes out $2M life insurance policy on MY and another one on JY, with another $2M for accidental death & dismemberment. That's $4M total to be paid out if it's an accident.

MAY 2006 - JY drives car off road and embankment into the river while he and MY are "getting coffee at Starbucks," which is something JY insisted they do, by themselves, before heading back to Raleigh. Neither are injured seriously but MY miscarries the baby she is carrying (early pregnancy).

NOV 2006 - MY is murdered while her husband is conveniently still within striking distance -- he has the opportunity to drive back and kill her.

JY claimed on his insurance application for the $2M policy that he DOES NOT Smoke. Not cigarettes, not cigars, not in the last year.
