Misrepresenting facts and evidence (with such conviction, I might add) is very annoying, particularly when it is corrected, it is still later misstated once again.

Has he lied on the stand? He admitted to cheating on Michelle. To be a good cheater, you must lie. This is all IMO.

Did you watch his testimony and then the follow up by Spivey? Everything after his name was pretty much a lie.

Pretty much priceless that the husband who was having affairs all over the place is the one to say "I'm done" with the relationship over his wife deleting a phone message. Dude is something else.

They can't consider that as part of the special instruction though, if I understood it correctly.

Probably not, cityslick, but it is significant because now the jurors know it, and they know that it was not dealt with (other than neglect) by JY at all. Just one more piece of the puzzle.

No, there was not an eyewitness discussed or sworn-to in the lawsuit, but it does show, again, that he was willing to ignore it.

JY did, apparently have access to his own assets, and he had mama and her real property (collateral for a loan?) to help him with the $$ for representation. He gave up the $4 million in insurance money by ignoring it.

Oooh, that had to hurt. And, IMO, that is the significance -- knowing that to fight it, he would be deposed (under oath and without benefit of the 5th Amendment and without being able to ignore any questions posed to him.)

I wonder if mama even knew about it until later.....
