I believe CB. She was fine until intimidated by LE. This is very interesting testimony.

I do as well. I still believe JY was at least involved with the murder, and remember that evan at the first trial Judge informed the jury that they could consider that more than one person was involved (I think because of CB testimony and the different shoe prints).

I think what she was saying was if what she saw didnt fit into the case for them to leave her alone..She had health problems..

She sure seemed awful willing to forget testimony if it didn't fit into the timeline. Just makes you wonder if she really is sure it's THE day in question?

She does realize, I'm assuming, MY and her loved ones can't forget that day. She should WANT to recall the proper info IF it's valuable to the case to bring justice for the victims and her grieving family. No matter WHO the accused is.

Not in my opinion don't want to be argumentative but she decided to dig in and solidify her position - that does not make me believe her.

I don't know if that would be the right way to approach this, from a defense perspective. The ship has sailed on his character, if you know what I mean. They need to keep attacking the various parts of the puzzle in the actual commission of the crime, because trying to make JY look like a nice, clean cut guy isn't going to fly with anyone.

The Ambrose plans were not finalized.

Michelle did not mention to SS they were coming to the home,
and we have heard of no preparations in the home for them to stay.

Also, the plans of Alan Fisher were up in the air as well.

The one thing everyone was going to do was go the game.

I think PY testified that JY said to her on Thursday he would need to ask MY for permission to go to Brevard. Which is so ridiculous, did he ask MY for permission to visit MM in Orlando?????

All the ummm.ummms...etc are very distracting but it seems like she uses this as a stall tactic in order to clarify her thoughts. Pretty high pressure situation for this lawyer and hopefully after the trial this can be worked on.


Don't know that I would do any better - but it is distracting and annoying.
