Omg this is incredible to me from PY. Wow. Cold Cold woman.

You are so right. You can tell from her 'smile lines around her mouth' :( that she is not a happy woman and never has been. I don't think I would want her around my child at all. jmo

I don't think it will backfire.

Her own son put her in this position, not HC. JY's refusal to touch any of it with a ten foot pole for years has meant that his mama is by default a mouthpiece. So if anyone feels sorry for her they ought to be blaming JY.

Did HC say that KY had been in the house before PY ever was? Did he insinuate she could have walked away with things, or did I just whiff on that?

Her own son put her there. You reap what you sow.

Unless she participated in the murder of Michelle, she is not accused of anything that I know of.

Wonder why a 10 minute break was called so abruptly.

She couldn't answer that question before they take a break? So close to lunch time???

I think the DT called that break for a time out. IMHO PY looked like she was about to come un done. PT is really gettin in under her skin. HC has to do it for MY. IMO

Oh I mis understood. I thought that voice was the DT. Sorry.

Maybe the juror was getting as sick of this cross as I am.

That's exactly what I took from that as well.

If I was an officer and investigating and especially testifying and I was a friend of the person in question I would offer that information up that I am a friend or my partner was a lifelong friend. I would offer the info to the PT but he did not do this. Hinky to me. I never said the officer lied. I learned about this fact of the officer of being a friend yesterday and I offered it up because to me is just sits the wrong way but it would not have if the officer was up front about it.

Never said YOU did... I remember it being talked about yesterday & the word lying came up... I went back & didnt even see the post where I asked why he would lie....

I see nothing was "hinky" about it.... I see it the whole thing as an accident... And the jury will see it the same way...

isnt lupca in the court room?

I agree, this could backfire.

There were hard feelings between the Fishers and the Youngs for a long time, it seems.

I don't envy the situation for anyone that was put in the middle.

Good morning! If you just got here, you should go back at some point and watch the questions HC was asking her earlier this morning. He's finally getting to relevant stuff now...at least stuff that PY was directly involved in.

Expose all the inconsistancies... and falsehoods. The End.

Sure, but I think there is a point where a jury can make an obvious inference, i.e. PY returned the gifts because she was spiteful. No one would expect PY to admit to that, and badgering her about the reason will not improve the quality of that fact, but might do the opposite. Does that make sense? (if not, sorry).

I think she should have been charged with Accessory after the Fact. HC is doing a fabulous job.

I agree... The thing only weighs 4.9 ounces. So it seems to me he would have some type of cuts or bruising on his hands...

And, it would bring the killer in closer proximity to the victim where she could have made scratches or bruises.

Probably!! I know its getting on my nerves... Just seems the PT is desperate... If they were so sure they had it locked up they wouldn't keep going on and on and on and on....

You can see so much passive aggressive anger in Pat Young and I can see how Jason came to be the way he is. It's as though she's trying to portray what a mother is suppose to be, how a mother is suppose to respond, instead of having true emotions and feelings.
