I think that it is far more interesting and appropriate that the dog and pony show yesterday by the DT. At least there are some facts here and not just mother's opinion of her son and his marriage. I don't believe she was intimately involved in the details of her sons marriage. I also think she may be angry with her son deep down. jmo

BBM... don't be too sure about that! There are 8 women & 4 men sitting on that jury that may see it entirely different. I see it as attempted murder, basing my opinion on the recently purchased life insurance policies, friends testifying MY had her seatbelt off, and JY insisting they go for coffee alone. He just didn't succeed then, except of course for killing his unborn son which he promptly told MY she needed to "get over".

Let me get this straight... JLY told his mama all about his sex life and about his meddling MIL. But he never, ever discussed with his own mother how he should proceed in the lawsuit over CY? And never, ever discussed with his own mother whether he could afford to go to court to keep custody of his only child?

First and only definitive lie from PY thus far, IMO: PY and JY have both insisted under oath that the ONLY reason JY choose to not fight the wrongful death suit was the prohibitive cost of such action.

Then in the next breath PY says she has never discussed any matter related to the case with JY, monetary or otherwise.

Then HC demonstrates some interesting money transfers around the time of the suit.
