morning!

3doglady, I just love your avatar! I'm a huge LDB fan now.

My eyes are bad, in fact, I have to leave this afternoon, eye doctor appointment. :( 1:30. LDB?? I can't see it clearly enough. Who is LDB?

  • #22
LDB = Linda Drane Burdick, lead prosecutor C.A. trial, and possibly one of the best female DAs anywhere right now.

  • #23
Why isn't it zooming in on the large screen? Can't see anything. :(

Ah, so no problem in keeping the door from locking upon exit.

  • #26
Showing various ways he could prop room door.

JLY doesn't look quite as pale today, make-up? Perhaps his lawyers discovered he looks like a zombie, bloodless?

  • #28
Has there been evidence in any of the warrants that JLY used the bathroom at home to clean up? I can't recall? Were drain traps pulled, etc., to detect blood? I'd be surprised if he cleaned up in his own bathroom.

Ok, here it is. The staff said the exit doors were always locked and you needed a key card to enter at any time. This sign contradicts that statement.
Appears the west door was open at 6:15AM for JLY to reenter w/o a key.

He was obviously covered in blood.
ZERO trace of blood in his vehicle and apparently not downstairs either.
I am puzzled why we have not heard about the master bath yet.
Yes, we were told there was MY blood evidence in the master BR.

Here is the glass door he reentered.
Note video in top left corner pointing down the hall (bottom photo)
He just slipped into the stairwell (undetected from hall camera) and pushed that stairwell camera up, before proceeding up to the 4th floor at 6:15AM

USA today found in rear of SUV.
He had in his hand on the way out at midnight.
Mapquest printout and maps.

Must have 'smoked' in his car huh?

I agree, he had to have been covered in blood, but I don't recall hearing anything about shower, tub or sink traps being pulled to detect blood, tissue, etc, from any bathroom in the Young home? I've been waiting to hear that myself. Which is why I wondered if perhaps he used the outside hose. Stripped down naked and hosed himself off completely prior to redressing. IMO, those of us who follow crime would know not to take a shower in the bathroom, as the drain traps would probably be pulled and checked for trace evidence.

Notice how much less this defense team objects during witness testimony (than the last big trial).

That's one reason this trial is moving so much faster. Also, no long sidebars, jury not being sent out for 20 to 45 min while defense whines.

It all adds up!

Ewe, my husband has a pair of shoes that look very similar to those. :(

  • #36
I believe both he and his defense team knows they are only putting off the inevitable.

  • #37
I could have done without seeing that photo of his nasty foot.

I think we should hear about MY's blood in the master bath.
I heard there was a bloody footprint and possible a blood smear on the shower door.
Like you, I don't recall hearing a single thing about that bathroom.:waitasec:
