The deck boards had the same foot print in the sealant, as was found in the blood print, from what I remember. Suggesting that whoever sealed the deck, also killed MY. (cough cough, JASON)

"similar" was written in the SW.
Not sure we will hear anything more about that or not.

JTF- to me, I find it to be a long shot that he would have managed to clean EVERY SINGLE SPECK OF BLOOD out of wherever it was he went in the house after the murder. So intense... him washing himself in the hose seems more logical (ha!), the lack of mention of processing the bathroom makes me wonder if they will bring it in later?

Can't understand why they would skip that and come back?
Unless another CCBI agent or even the SBI handled it?
Surely they checked the drains for blood evidence?

I'm assuming you inspected bathrooms in residence?
- correct
You didn't notice blood in sinks or baththub?
- yes sir
(used chemicals, no blood found)
Part of the reason you used chemicals is you sometimes can't see blood with naked eye?
- that is correct
So you used chemicals, no reaction (to blood)?
- that is correct
==========================================

So there is my answer to blood in the bathroom and shower....NONE
Looks more and more like he stripped and hosed his face and hair off outside.
(also blood found on door knob leading out to garage)

WHAT! There was blood on the door knob? Obviously it wasn't in a print... but still. I hadn't heard that.

It was November and cold in the house. Wouldn't it have been too cold to shower outside?

Us hillbillys can take the cold... just teasing you :innocent: .

I believe he washed his feet and face outside, after putting clothing in a plastic bag or something.

The radio was on and the rocker out of place in CY room. Rock her to sleep and turn the radio on to avoid CY hearing anything....

So probably didn't clean himself up until out that door... or there wouldn't have been any on the knob.

I am not liking the detective who is currently testifying.

NCEast- Why?

NCEast- Why?

I am normally always pro-LE but I am not getting a good vibe from this man. Maybe it's because he is so very dry in his delivery. I like that his answers are short and to the point but a few times I wanted him to elaborate to more strongly make his point and he didn't.

I don't like that he is constantly looking at the jury... it makes me feel like he is saying certain things just for their benefit and not because they are particularly important to the question. Also, I saw his demeanor change as soon as the defense started cross. He was rude the second they asked if he remembered a certain conversation with MF. "Ive spoken to her on many many calls." No duh, LE.

The best way to prove your point/side as a witness is to give honest and direct responses to all questions. Otherwise, regardless of the truth/relevance of the response, you look as though you would say ANYTHING to prove guilt.

I noticed his demeanor change too. I think it's almost a given that most LE do not like defense attorneys but they try not to openly show their disdain. I'm glad he's off the stand.

I have noticed in the Casey Anthony trial that all of the LE witnesses, from the local people to the FBI folks, direct almost all of their answers to the jury. I think they are trained to do that. Additionally, in that same trial, the judge and everybody in the courtroom rises when the jury either enters or leaves. Much, much respect shown for the jurors which is impressive.

I'm a WV native. I go up to see momanem about twice a year. :D

Ding-ding-ding-ding you're right!!!!:takeabow: Take a bow, Happy -- the kind where you stand up straight & bend your upper body from the waist -- not the kind that shoots arrows.

Challenge 2 Anyone: What is "mommick"? Can you use it in a sentence?

I've got the mental image of a hillbilly in his birthday suit having a shower with the hose on the lawn in November at 4 in the morning - doesn't seem right, but hey, I'm not from there so I'll have to take the word of people that are.

Hands, feet, face seems about right. I bet he was halfway to King when he remembered that he forgot to turn off the hose.

.
I saw the photos and there was blood spatter everywhere (as high as 7' on wall)
Like the walls, no way his clothing and face/hair did not take a direct hit.
Sure, stripping the bloody clothes, gloves and shoes would leave just his face and hair to clean. Perhaps that is where the hose came in, as cody suggested.

Did you see a gouge on the wall, perhaps, where he missed her that might indicate more clearly the type of weapon used?

The jury is the body that has to evaluate all testimony given in court -- that's who a good witness, IMO, must engage and to whom he/she should testify -- not the interrogator, judge or audience or media. That's what they are trained to do. I think he has been a very good, credible and experienced witness. MOO
