I didn't watch the first trial but from what I have gathered from some that did, CY is much more prevalent in the 911 tape being played in the 2nd trial.

Also, some have said they've heard a version of the tape that is different (more audible CY saying Daddy did it) than the one played at the trial, even this time around.

Wait. I thought that part wasn't played for the jury ? Can someone confirm what parts of the 911 call the jury heard? Thanks

I just got home from Les Mis, I've seen it six times in my life and this one did not disappoint. I have been reading through all the posts. Anyway while getting gas today I started thinking about JY getting gas (which I believe he did) at Gracie's station. Since he did not expect the pumps to be locked I guess I am certain he planned to pump and then drive off without paying. Is this the thinking most of you have on the topic? I mean what is a little act of theft after you've just committed murder.

I've never seen "open" pumps at 5:30 in the morning. Who here has been able to pump gas before paying at 5:30? Honest question, as I've never experienced it during business and early morning fishing trips.

That's the picture I wondered about early on. To me it looks like a female. Take it fwiw.

No idea of scale here, but it would take a very tall woman, IMO. The shoulder reaches the top of the window. I noticed the pants more than anything. They do not appear to hang off the leg like jeans. Certainly not like the hallway photo pants/jeans.

well..I'll stake a stab at it..

First of all whomever blugeoned this victim was targeting her..no attempt to steal anything from the household full of good electronics. Personal items removed i.e wedding rings. then leaving a living witness along with actually taking the time to care and settle the child..and careful cleanup of all items..such as blood, diaper of child, weapon, no garbage nor doggie prints (had to have been removed from BR his usual sleeping area) Lights on throughout house during night (330AM witness) yet all turned off when left..

Whomever did this knew the house, new the child, knew where things were. This was a personal murder and NOT a random or stranger.

Question??..Why not take the Lexus from the garage? keys were available. Why not steel the purse on floor in Kitchen??..The absence of evidence in this case is in of itself EVIDENCE..

Bottomline..murderer was related, connected and the rage shown means it was personal!!

That's what the FBI thought in the Melissa Mooney case. One of their own!! Her husband had a violent temper. He was a suspect for 3 years if I'm not mistaken. Melissa herself had told her friends that if she was found murdered it was her husband. Her family, friends and the FBI were convinced her husband murdered her even though he was 70 miles away at the time of the crime. They reenacted how he could have done it.

Guess what? It was her neighbour!

No they don't look like jeans, they look like black bell bottom pants to me.

To me, it looks like a large man's hand on the handle of the door. See how they are spread out a little (4 fingers). The man is very tall wearing a suit (to my eye).

I don't know if it's a glove, but it looks like something is laying inside a partially folded newspaper.

He was so careful with the crime scene not to leave evidence behind but yet he would commit a petty crime like stealing gas and risk getting caught? Even if the pump was open and he took off, the attendant could still identify him, his vehicle, wouldn't she? How many people pump gas at that hour? I'm guessing not too many.

Don't these gas stations have cameras? Why was $500.00 missing from the Young home. I thought the assumption was that he took it for gas.

I really hate to do this to you guys but I'm going to show the feet again below.

Question... Who manipulated the "enhanced" photo? Was that done by someone here or by investigators? By zooming in on one of the sores it appears the image pixel patterns are not a close match. This is easier to see by dropping the left pattern on top of the right and then adjusting from 0% transparency to 100% transparency but for here a side-by-side will have to do.

LOL...I posted the what I believe to be the woman photo on my facebook wall and asking my friends if they believe it's a woman or man. Many are totally clueless about this case so I thought it would be interesting. So far, I got one response. Woman.

Regarding the foot - last year I was training really hard for a marathon and I eventually had 5 toenails fall off (I know, gross). They looked like that before they came off (purple) and I had blisters. I haven't heard he was a hard core runner, but it could be a sports injury.

I can't imagine he'd do that much damage wearing a small shoe for a short period of time.

I need to go back to first trial transcripts and retrieve Gracie's testimony; but nothing has been reported being retrieved from that dump, I can only guess it was too late. Much like the Cooper trial.

Not sure if this has been discussed regarding JY's cell phone and being powered off from 11:30-7:30. Did he normally power it off? Can the state check on this? Why would he turn his phone off when he has a pregnant wife - what if there is an emergency? I'm sure he'd say she could call the hotel of course, but don't most people just charge their phone at night w/out turning it off? Did he have a pattern of talking on the phone late at night - all the time except this night?
