~n/t~, instead of taking anyone's 'word', I would suggest listening to the testimony and you can decide for yourself.

The whiteness of the newspaper kind of kills the poor lighting argument.

It could be explained in several ways.

1) Shirt portion of lobby photo was enhanced separately from other portions of same photo to show detail. If this is case, where is the original?

2) JY, once off camera, slipped on a black/dark pullover with a similar white stripe. Sneaky guy.

3) Shirt was made with some type of fancy reflective material that reflects different types of light in completely different ways.

I think the bottom line in all of this is what happened to the striped shirt/pullover? May have missed it, but has LE produced a complete inventory of items in JY's car? Was any garment found that could possibly be any of these shirts on camera? Not that I distrust LE, but they do have motive to lose this part of evidence. <- sorry if that offends.

According to MF, JY was wearing business clothes when he arrived that night, after murder. So there would be no reason for him to hide/dump the striped shirt unless he was guilty.

Has JY been asked by pros what happened to shirt? (not sure why I don't recall from 1st trial testimony)

The more the image is lightened using contrast and levels, the whiter the paper will be. Sharpening will wash out the color as well.

Here are two images taken by different cameras within the same security system seconds apart. One is crisp, the other is very poor quality. Something happened to one of the images somewhere along the way - before it was entered into evidence.

Finally figured it out. Those are FINGERS! 4 fingers.

This figure is male. Tall.

Those who are tech savvy if they can draw a circle to where the alleged fingers are, I'd appreciate it. I do not see fingers. Oh and fwiw, the fb comments on my wall, all came back saying it's a woman.

I'm wondering why you think the doll looks like a female ? To me it looks like a man wearing clothes all the same color, like Jason was wearing in the hotel video. Also, Meredith is short, a little overweight and has very curly, long dark hair, so the doll hardly resembles her. In a way if one is to think the doll is a female, then I would say Pat Y comes to mind, she's rather mannish looking, has gray/whitish hair and is old.

That's exactly what I thought when I heard the defense lawyer keep referring to it as the 'grandma doll'. :floorlaugh: I thought, 'so pat was there with him afterall.'

:great:

Looks like the same shirt to me. Why would they lose an image along the way?

Not being snarky, but i'm sure you are wrong....at least about the 5:01 portion.

Yes, JTF, I am certain you are correct. It was played a second time the next day but was cut off before the 5:01 part. I remember we were all on here posting that even though it was played again that part was left out:(

Seems to me that would be an awfully tall woman and with a body build that is more towards a masculine build than a feminine build. I can't tell who it is but as far as gender, it sure looks male to me.

IMO

I see dmaxphil left....perhaps working on the photo enhancement?

Hair pulling is usually done by women in fights.

So are you saying Michelle, with her face and skull completely bashed in, began pulling out her own hair?

As an aside, once, long ago, I had a boyfriend who was 'controlling' for lack of a more strong term. I've always had long hair, and one of his ways to control me was to grab me by the hair....... :maddening:

Me too. I think it looks like a man in a suit, perhaps an airline pilot's suit.

Could it not just boil down to it being two different cameras and perhaps one is better or newer than the other? It might be something just as simple as that and not anything to do with any nefarious behavior by anyone trying to manipulate a photograph.

Given the size of the timestamp numbers on the dark pullover image, it looks like it was magnified and cropped, so perhaps the resolution is b/c he was farther from the camera, in addition to whatever was done to the image. Also perhaps the lens wasn't clean or something to cause it to have poorer focus.

ummmm good grief. no. I'm saying someone else did. Most likely a woman.

Thanks. I'll take your word for it. Right now there is conflicting comments as to what the jury heard.

It's right here: http://www.wral.com/specialreports/michelleyoung/video/10698472/#/vid10698472

Starts with the judge talking about CD of the 911 call ... that Mr Cumming didn't play it all ... so the jury got lost following the transcript. It's replayed in it's entirety. A segment was left out in the version played the day before.

A Tranny perhaps? :fence: Maybe that's why the grannie doll was chosen? 'Gay bars in NYC.' :waitasec: I believe I see a pattern emerging. :seeya:

3" basal skull fractures are usually inflicted with tremendous force - per ME.
A hair pulling woman?
Were are the scratches? :D
Na
Sounds like a strong man to me.;)

I've seen tall women. How can you see a masculine build when the door is hiding the body?

Just so there is no confusion. This is the picture I'm talking about.

If it got pulled, it was either by the killer or her own hands trying to remove those that were strangling her or knocked lose by the deep wounds made to the head. Recall her head was beaten horrifically.

The suggestion of a girl fight to me is of no merit as an explanation of the evidence. There is no other woman's hair there and whoever came didn't come to slap and pull. They came to kill, male or grandma.

Even if JY was not on trial here and not a suspect, I would not for one second consider that what happened in that room to MY was done by another woman. The violence, beating, bludgeoning on her head, bloody scene does not make me think it was a woman that did this to her.
