I'm wondering why you think the doll looks like a female ? To me it looks like a man wearing clothes all the same color, like Jason was wearing in the hotel video. Also, Meredith is short, a little overweight and has very curly, long dark hair, so the doll hardly resembles her. In a way if one is to think the doll is a female, then I would say Pat Y comes to mind, she's rather mannish looking, has gray/whitish hair and is old.

There are enough distinguishing features on the two dolls that were used that there should be no doubt that they are both female dolls - a two year old child may have difficultes distinguishing because of cognitive development, but not a 6 year old.

Seems to me that would be an awfully tall woman and with a body build that is more towards a masculine build than a feminine build. I can't tell who it is but as far as gender, it sure looks male to me.

IMO

I agree. It's male.

IMO, judging from the posture, height, sleeve length...it's JY exiting with fingers pointing downward.

Why would photo of some random person be included in evidence? IMO, it's JY.

Interesting info dmaxphil !
Too bad he did not use Verizon, as LE could have seen his text message detail (retained 3-5 days). Looks like Cingular had the least amount of retention, so probably did not even record and log pings for even 24 hours.

Yet another lucky break for JLY.

I've seen tall women. How can you see a masculine build when the door is hiding the body?

Just so there is no confusion. This is the picture I'm talking about.

The shoulder, and stance of the person appears masculine to me, but I'm not plugged into the person being a man, but if forced, I'd say it was a man.

I don't know if it's JY, it's a shame we can't see the entire person!

Even if JY was not on trial here and not a suspect, I would not for one second consider that what happened in that room to MY was done by another woman. The violence, beating, bludgeoning on her head, bloody scene does not make me think it was a woman that did this to her.

IMO

Also, the shoes prints on the scene were likely made by men - if not, then one very, very big woman.

How could MY sustain a beating like she did, teeth flying, skull being fractured and smashed, lips cut, head deeply cut over and over and some of her hair NOT come out? That would be bizarre to me.

I've seen tall women as well. Who hasn't? The odds are though, that the height this person appears to be will more likely be male, rather than female. IMO

What stands out to me regarding the build is the shape of the back and shoulders. They look masculine to me.

This could be debated til the cows come home and 10 people could have 10 different reasons for believing what they see. None of it matters since we do not know for certain since we can't the person's facial features.

Agree. Did the defense contest the identity? If they didn't, should we?

Well, there ya have it. :rocker: I don't believe I did hear them object to that at all.

I think any suggestion that MF had something to do with the crime is disgusting and dishonest.

There is ZERO evidence of it. I would have to be mod snipped to high heaven if I said what I thought of someone who would just throw that out there as some way to support JY or take a shot at LE while adjusting a tinfoil hat.

ummmm good grief. no. I'm saying someone else did. Most likely a woman.

As someone who's always had long hair, and can safely say 'never been in a cat-fight', I disagree with the 'most likely a woman' remark. As a child I had my hair pulled (for anger/control/hitting), by my father. And as a teenager, I had my hair pulled by my boyfriend, who liked to get his own way...... But I've never had my hair pulled by a woman.

Regardless of what the defense did or didn't do, I am entirely comfortable with my opinion that it is JY.

Have you ever watched the show on ID channel called Deadly Women or Fatal Attraction? You would be shocked what women are capable of.

Again, this is gut feeling that JY may have had an accomplice.

Well I'm 60 years old, and I wouldn't peg that doll to be a woman. As I said earlier, I never bought my granddaughter that 'grandma doll'. It certainly looked nothing like me. And my granddaughter, who is now five, wouldn't peg her to be 'her grandma' either. 'Grandma has long brown hair and never wears jogging suits.' 'Grandma usually has jeans on.' :seeya:

Agreed. 12 people may debate it.

I was going to post something like that as well. I would not have been shocked in the least to find out a woman did it all by herself.

Yes, I watch it quite often. In fact, that is what is on my TV right now and has been all morning. That does not change my opinion of that crime scene being the result of a male assaulting MY.

IMO

Is the defense scrambling this weekend to overcome the day care worker's testimony? Did they see this coming?
