Burning bed with Farrah Fawcett??

That too, but this was a far more current case than that one. I'm certain it's quite common place in domestic abuse circumstances, as it is in sexual assault cases. This sexist stereotype that 'only women pull hair' is so *jersey shore-ish to be almost laughable, were the practice not so demeaning, controlling, and dispicable, again, IMO.

Since Michelle had told her therapist about 'sex with jason feeling like a rape', I could go into detail about which sexual practices involving rape usually result in controlling the female by use of hair, but I won't. :(

I am too. I don't think it will differ much from the first trial but it may have twists like the state's case this time.

The biggest deal to come is if JY takes the stand. He won round one, IMO. Can he do it again?

What's your gut, grit?
Think he will take the stand again?

His Academy award performance is already part of the record and can be used again to explain his movements (shoes to goodwill, cigar, ect)

I want to know what you think. Can he pull it off again?
I never believed a word he said the first time around.
He was way too descriptive about certain thing, lots of detail.
He lied.
And he dumped on his wife at every turn.
It was subtle but it was there.

A very tall woman goes in his room, steals his dark pullover, pants, and heads out to the Young home where she secures the size 12 HP shoes from a bag waiting to go to charity.

You may be on to something...

Earlier today I watched his testimony in the first trial. He came off very slick and polished, too much so; he gave me the creeps.

How about when he opened his eyes wide for emphasis?
What a tool.

The bulkiness has always been obvious to me. I don't think it's a hooded sweatshirt with a zipper. I think it is some kind of hooded jacket as it hangs loose, not gathered at the bottom. He put that on after being seen at the desk, I do believe. Or maybe the camera doesn't capture it well. Where is the bulky top? It wasn't in his suitcase.

As I mentioned before, I think it may just be a loose, floppy collar. I have a similar shirt and if I bend down or stretch, the collar can bunch up on the shoulder.

otto.....I made basic enhancements to this and the is much sharper.
---If that is not the thumb of a leather glove, what is it?--
The rest of the glove is blurred because of poor resolution.

I was thinking you had access to professional image software?
Can you at least duplicate what I was able to do, sharpening the image?
Thanks !

I've been out all day, so still getting caught up from last night. I apologize in advance if this has been discussed. It looks to me like his right arm is across his chest, his right hand looks to be tucked behind his left hand (which is holding something). It almost looks like he's reaching to grab something with his right hand. The part that was described as a thumb, with latex glove on it, looks to me like the right wrist bone...
The pic of jy, imo, exiting the door... I see the top of his hand, from wrist to knuckle... His fingers aren't visible, but his knuckles are... the fist portion of his hand is what it looks like to me....???? I don't think I described that very well. :)

There is no doubt he's wearing the same thing in both hotel shots, you can see the strip. I can't tell at all about his hands though. I will say he must be pretty stupid if he's wearing anything on his hands in the hotel.

He has a water bottle in his left hand, also in his left hand - the paper & gloves.
His right hand appears to be in his right pocket, MOO.

There is a chest stripe on the garment.

was pretty silly, and shades of another sociopath: Casey Anthony.

The fake crying made me want to vomit. That and the softball questions from the prosecution.

I hope he testifies again and I hope the PT rip him to bits this time.

IMO

I get the impression that his specialty (or strength) is in stuff that deal with technology like computer forensics, cell phones, etc. There doesn't seem to be as much of that here as in the BC case.

I understand what you are saying however his photo coming down the hallway looks different than when he is at the front desk. I am just a regular person viewing these pics. Is it just camera distortion? Maybe so ? The half hidden person going thru the doorway and the person walking down the hall have jackets or tops with a gap at the hem. The top flares out, if you will. My limited 2 cents.

All this discussion on pictures attempting to figure out what he is wearing, carrying in his hand ETC, reminds me of a abstract painting I bought years ago at an art festival. My family, all males hated it. They often laughed and described what they saw in the painting and everyone saw something different. When friends or family come over it always got a discussion going. One day my hubby ask, what did you see in that painting to ever buy it. I laughed and said," I knew it would always be a great conversation piece". That is what all these different photo's with so much enhancement has become, great conversation pictures... MOO

Along with the scratch marks on MY's neck, I think she pulled her own hair out trying to frantically get JY's fingers from around her neck as he was strangling her. I'm sure the hair was in disarray all around her neck.
I think her husband grabbed a fistful of hair while trying to sustain her while he was pounding her to death. That whole clump came from his gloved hand, roots and all.

I think he's on the Grant Haze murder trial, and he did another high profile over the summer. They've got to spread out the big cases, specifically time wise. I don't know when Haze goes to trial (if it does), but I think the Young trial was impeded last time by Cumming's almost overlap with BC.

IMO, he thinks on his feet a lot faster than BH or HC.
That is this PT's main problem.
