That is what I would like to see too - the official STATE Witness List which was updated (according to WESH) on about January 26, 2009. I guess the media paid for a copy of this updated list from the courthouse???

Dear Lord.
Ok. Here is the name of the doc that has the Supplemental Report in it from THIS doc dump. It is dated (the report) Feb 1, 2010. Within this Supplemental Report is a section called WITNESS INFORMATION-LAW ENFORCEMENT/CORRECTIONS. Then there is the list of LE witnesses (I am assuming all those interviewed and included in the report). THEN there is a section titled WITNESS INFORMATION-OTHER, followed by the list of the non-LE witnesses, again, I am assuming, whom are included in the report. But the date this was filed is in the NOW, and these witnesses were interviewed beginning April 14, 2009 LAST year. So there is some kind of lag between the completing of the report and the final filing (I think they call that an investigation ). Perhaps THAT is the discrepancy in dates? I don't know. I think Muzikman may be the only answer to this one, or JWG or Bond MAY slide in and rescue us with their vast resources...Until then...:waitasec:

I wonder how many of these there are, these Supplementals? I think we need a thread for the POLICE REPORTS where we can have only the reports and add the links as the new supplements are released. This way we can see the flow of the story in its entirety, as one whole report.

I was getting confused with the two types of "witness lists". We cannot assume that the State is going to add the people on the OCSO witness info lists, to the official STATE Witness List. These are two separate lists.

So far, we have only two official STATE Witness Lists filed, as far as I can tell.

This is somewhat confusing. The person at humbleopinion compiled that list which he posted on docstop, from people who the Sheriff's Dept interviewed, and from the original State Witness List.
Humbleopinion posted the title of his docstop document as "State's witness list" which is CONFUSING because the "STATE" did not create this list, humbleopinion created it.
It is confusing because it looks "official" because it was posted on docstop - but it did not originate from the State Prosecutor's Office or the Sheriff's Dept. This was a personal effort by "humbleopinion".
Humbleopinion told his readers to let him know if there were more names HE should add (not an official list from the State).

I have seen this posted on several other blogs, and stated as FACT that this is an updated "STATE" Witness List, and that River was added to the STATE WITNESS LIST - and that just is not accurate.

Morgan made an attempt to add River as "F/N/U Benhaida" (full name unknown) as a witness on the civil suit for Zenaida, but that is inaccurate. River's last name has never been Benhaida. Her twin sister Skye/Cecelia Peggy Holloway married a man with the last name of "Benhaida", and that is how Skye (not River) has the last name. "Benhaida" is not an "alias" - it is Skye's married name. As it is, Morgan does not technically have River listed on his witness list. He would have to list her properly as "River Cruz aka River Allen aka Krystal N. Holloway" on the witness list. "F/N/U Benhaida" is NOT River.

MDave is listed on the OCSO list of "witness info", of people who OCSO has interviewed as witnesses, but has not been added to the official STATE WITNESS List (that we know of, from the published official STATE Witness Lists).

The STATE Witness List is a totally separate list of people who have been added to the official State Witness List to testify in the murder trial. The State Witness List was NOT updated on March 29, 2010 - humbleopinion created a list which they titled "State Witness List".

No hearing today, but one on Tuesday, 6/1 @ 2:00pm EST.


Not sure of any updated SA witness list.

eta: The Tuesday hearing is only scheduled to hear on the defense motion to seal jail logs and a couple of the motions for reconsideration. Nothing to do with the SA witness list, to my knowledge.
