He's doing it because his career is in the toilet and he still wants recognition. Notice when the guy asked him where his pants were he obviously heard the question but completely ignored it. It looks like a "calculated" move to me. I don't know how he thinks doing that will get him acting jobs though...

By the way he was reacting, it looks like he was doing this for some prank reality show or something, doesn't it? He was obviously expecting a reaction and doing those stretches in plain view for effect. He is in pretty good shape for a 50-year-old man...just an observation....haha.

I'll bet that was an ugly sight seeing a 50 year old man jogging nude from the waist down. My daughter was in Central Park and they came up to some big rocks and two guys were laying there naked suntanning. There's must be all kinds that hang out there.
