This case has caught my eye. How some of the evidence at the beginning wasn't adding up. With gathering evidence you have to take pictures where the evidence is found out and the documentation of the evidence.

Zellner has a great track record for winning cases...why such a delay...she seems to be blocked alot

Yep, the State's case is so weak the best appellate lawyer in the country can't put together a legal and convincing appeal to even get Avery a hearing. How long has she been on the case now ?

too long ...what happened to a speedy trial and justice. why has the nephew not been released yet ..that was injustice to brendan and the police used the dumb act to make him out to be coerced with avery

I have a question but I’m not sure if this is the right place. Has the headlight ever been checked for scuff marks like it was hit by a deer?

I was once hit by a buck that was running into the road for its life. It took off my entire passenger side mirror. No blood or fur left behind but the hoove scuff.

I think this happened near where BoD was hunting with STF. Might have been an accident at first that lead to a cover up by the family and others.

I don’t think SA and BD had anything to do with it because they are both of low intelligence.

What if BoD was already at ST’s house out in the woods. He shot at a deer. The deer runs into the road while Ms. Halbech is on that stretch of road. Deer hits her car. Damages the head light (has anyone checked it for scuff marks) a fight ensues over it between her, BoD and ST and she is killed, dismembered and dumped. People commit insane acts in moments of fear and rage. Whole thing gets covered up by the family and LE. Boom over and done.

SA and BD do not have the level of intelligence required to do what was done. Pawns or morons left on the lawn at bonfire while the other two murdered and dismembered Ms. Halbech.

I say this from experience of being hit by a deer myself. It took off the side view mirror. Left no blood or fur but it did leave scuff marks.

I suggested something similar (many many posts ago) as they are both each others alibis and something is super off about it.

I just couldn’t brainstorm why she would have stopped there.

That’s makes a lot of sense to me. She was accidentally shot, they panicked, and then pinned it on SA with an elaborate plot to cover their own behinds.

Between Theresa’s boyfriend, those two, and LE that had a major disdain for SA, his arrest and conviction benefited many people. I would like to note that I am fully aware SA is most certainly no saint.
