Can they withhold government pension if the person commits a felony. Are we sure he'd already put in enough time to earn it?
No, I don't think his earned pension can be taken away even if he commits a felony. Especially since his felony had nothing to do with his job. And he has been at his job for quite a few years. Government pensions don't require that long to become vested. He won't get rich off it, but with SS, it should be enough for an apartment and lights and heat.
But I am sure he has twisted everything in his mind to make HIS family the victims and SUSAN'S family the mean ol' bullies who just want all "his" money! I will be very disappointed if any of the Powells get one red cent.
