Strange case i vaguely remember

Im looking for a crime case where a woman was assaulted and killed in a public bathroom, it was from 2000-2006ish the photos looked somewhat like that time and she had her face cut off and bits of her face was found in her stomach, I believe it happened in a public restroom and the killer was never found, i remember seeing it in maybe 2021? It could have been on reddit or something. It had pictures. It's haunted me ever since I saw it, it could have been something made up, I don't remember a lot about it and I've used countless ai and search engines to find anything about it. If anyone knows anything about it please reply. I just want to know if it was real or not
