He was found guilty of bias intimidation on a number of the counts, especially for the attempt the 21st.

As I listened, I could figure out their logic and it seems the verdicts follow a logical progression. No bias intimidation towards MB, only TC.

After that, I need a checklist and listen again.

ETA: His eyes went up when the 1st bias intimadation guilty was announced. I believe it started with the third reason listed in Count 2.

I should have said guilty on each major count. He was found NG on the ones that included MB.

He could possibly go straight to prison today for a max of 10 years.

He should have taken the plea deal.
