Randy Sutton will discuss the latest actions by police officers in the case of Elliot Rodger.
Cops went to Rodger's apartment on behalf of his parents. The police did not enter his apartment. Only questioned him. Many feel the police should have done more but Randy tells us why the cops hands were tied from the beginning
