It reminds me of Onfim – another boy from the past. He lived in Novgorod in the 13th century and left many writings scratched in soft birch bark. It includes his homework exercises and even drawings. It’s amazing to read such genuine messages from the past. It helps to see that people didn’t change that much, and hundreds of years before, some kids just wanted to have fun.
And I love his message about loving anyone who reads his message. This desire to be remembered in the past is so natural and humane. We all are the same in a way, and it makes me believe there is a creator that created us. I got this message from one of the sermons at https://firstchurchlove.com, and I like it.
I wonder whether there are any relatives of the boy alive.
