Ijust saw this today about the controversial Cheerio's commercial that featured a biracial couple and their child. I cannot believe in this day and age that anyone would find anything offensive about such a family. My oldest granddaughter is biracial, by boyfriend's grandsons are biracial. One thing I love about him is that it is such a non issue for him that he never even mentions it, never says a word about his daughter in law being a different race, it just isn't something he gives any thought to. As it should be. Many of my friends also have biracial children and grandchildren. It is so normal in my world that no one bats an eye. My son and his wife are in the adoption process and one of the programs they are working with places African American babies from Louisiana.
The little girl in this commercial is such a cutie. I could just eat her up.
