Another thing that I really want to know--the timeline is really short! If she left the school at 8:45 and Kaine was home by 1:45, that's only 5 hours. Working out (how long?), grocery shopping (two stores?), probably feeding baby at some point, changing baby's diaper....and I read somewhere that Terri had her same workout clothes on... I just don't see how she had time!

How do we know she was in any of those places and did all of those things? Did I miss confirmation of this somewhere?

The timeline is becoming very small, if she did go to all these places. You have to put in the driving time, plus, in and out child... And at least 15 minutes in the store ( lowest amount possible, lets say an hour in the gym ( easy day, I was going to put change clothes but I've heard she wore gym clothes all day). Just depends if they saw her on tape... Where is this Island. I looked on the map and I can't find it.

I guess if she never thought she would be a suspect she never thought she had to be seen on tape, maybe never thought about cell pings... Just way off for me. Gosh there are so many possibilities...

Maybe because the stores are closer to the gym if she's saying she went to the gym as well.

Yes, there is an Alberton's much much closer, 185th & West Union..

The Freddies makes sense.. The Albertson's on BHH (Beaverton Hillsdale Highway) does not..
That's what stood out to me, along with the fact that traveling to that
Albertson's from the school, one of the gyms, or even the other Fred Meyer's
would be going through quite a bit of traffic..

I'm curious about that, too, if there are closer Albertsons, especially if this isn't a particularly large or nice one. Could this one be on the way to somewhere she was taking Kyron (if she had him with her)? Sometimes in cases we see video footage of people buying shovels or other hinky items -- they don't seem to take store video cameras into account or think anyone's going to look at the footage if it's a store far from home.

That's my secondary theory, though. At this point, I'm with SuziQ in thinking that these are places she gave for her alibi and the tapes are being (or have been) checked to see if she was where she said she was.

Not quite on topic of the surveillance tapes, but, at my gym, I swipe my membership card at the front desk, then I check my kids into the day care - again, my card gets swiped, and each child is checked in on the computer, then i go to the locker room to change into swim clothes for aqua fitness. BUT, having a curious mind, it has occurred to me that I COULD check in the kids and then leave the gym, because I don't swipe my card when I leave. I get two hours of child care per day. So, perhaps she took K. to the gym, but didn't stay there herself.

I believe that LE has shifted their tactics. They were holding things close trying to get Terri to slip up. Now they are leaking info (via other outlets) because they are trying to make Terri anxious about what they DO know. I think they had to change their approach when the landscaper sting fell apart. (that was a long shot and a huge gamble to begin with)

I believe The surveillance videos were requested way back, but they are now letting Freddie's share the info to make Terri nervous. Moo

I wonder if her gym has surveillance. Just because she said she went to the gym, doesn't mean she actually worked out.

She could have:
1. Gone to the gym, dropped K off at child watch (assuming the gym provides this). My gym provides 2 hours of child care per day. Said hello to just enough people to make sure they knew she was there and walked out the front doors. Perhaps met someone at the Albertson's to hand off Kyron?

2. Left the school, handed Kyron off to someone else, headed to the gym and actually worked out.

Would be interesting to know if LE has confirmed that she was at the gym and for exactly how long.

Maybe there was a sale? Where I live, the store closest to you doesn't always have the item on sale in stock, so you have to go to the other store in a bigger town....just a thought

What's the baby going to say? Many parents have killed their children with siblings present. Having the baby with her bolsters her "how could I do that, I had the baby with me!'

Actually we don't know if she had the baby with her the entire time. She could have used a sitter, the gym daycare, etc.

Yes, it was on HLN yesterday. Kaine said Terri went to the gym that day.
