I would like to think that when LE put out an APB on TB'S vehicle they would have alerted CBSA, who then would have set up surveillance on the Canadian side on approach as well as alerting their CPB counterparts on the American side. I don't think with a criminal record MS has much chance of crossing the border into the United States.

It makes sense the border would be alerted TB's truck but do they really stop someone with a record for "mischief under $5,000" for the graffiti MS was popped for? I honestly don't know how that works - or what they'd deny you entry into the states for (felonies I guess would be understandable).

I wish I could locate one of those articles that mentioned MS being out of the country recently (after TB's abduction).

Just catching up here, but had to comment to add... LE only got a hold of MS yesterday morning, very slim chance that MS has had contact with ANYONE other then a lawyer, let alone left in any population...they're probably still questioning him, or at least were all day yesterday!
I didn't see any black eyes in any of the wedding photo's...does anyone have one they can re-post?

No black eye visible in the pics. However, a wedding photographer could photoshop a black eye.

Totally agree :( Tragic and sad... I hope they have/get all the people involved and get a solid conviction at trial.

I thought about the choke hold too but, knowing the physical description of the person who was sitting behind TB, before MS was taken into custody... I don't think they would be physically strong enough to hold TB. And especially now after seeing MS... don't think he could do it, physically that is.

If they had such a weapon... there would have been some sign of it concealed in some manner... I believe they probably did have some sort of a weapon but, that would have been in DM's Yukon.... so when they went to the Farm they would have it.

I don't think they wanted "blood" in the truck thought... for some reason that we don't know yet, they wanted that truck... otherwise, if it were a "thrill kill" for the sake of killing someone, then trash the truck with the body and burn everything and get outa dodge (so to say).

And if they did strangle TB from behind... there are "body fluids" that happen that they probably were not prepared for... and had to remove the seats... *just a thought*

Its like the truck... the issue of it hidden or not hidden, just outa site?

To quote "Dr Phil"... past behavior is a predictor of future behavior... they didn't just walk up into and through an industrial site for the first test drive... And I think the piece of info that we are missing in grasping what might have put that first individual on edge that something wasn't right...

The time of the call and them showing up ON FOOT.

There was no vehicle seen anywhere in the first test drive either... my hunch is once they saw the size of the guy, they said forget it and I don't think the guy was fat, in regards to size... I think he was muscle mass, based on LE MK's statement that the person with the first truck could have taken both of the guys that showed up to his location, no problem (paraphrased)

There was no vehicle in the TB test drive either... cause they kept it hidden both time. *Sticking to my opinion*

This is why I believe the manner of death was manually applied versus a weapon such as a gun or a knife:

First, we have the police synopsis that the reason why the plan didn't go through with RMEG (Carli's acronym) was due to his size. Powerfully built, big guy. A gun could kill him, so could a knife, but a chokehold or string around the neck is going to produce a struggle which the assailant could potentially lose. This is why I am also not sure if the murder was intended or not. The burnt remains of Tim could be a desperate measure to conceal an unintended death or an intended death.

The seats being found removed from the truck shows that some type of evidence of the slaying was on the seats. I think they were cut up and burned in the incinerator.

"His criminal record goes back to when he was 18, including two convictions from drug possession charges, two fail to comply convictions and one conviction for impaired driving."

Anyway that will definitely keep you from crossing the border

I thought I read that he trained to be a chef..not sure of he ever finished.

A MS sister was in food too. It might be that she introduced MS to DM, or vice verse.

I know many are exhausted by the incinerator discussion and I have been hesitant to post because of that, however, I have seen a similar one in use and would like to add my two cents.

It is my understanding that IF the propane option is purchased the electrical source is not required. When the manufacturer references electrical components these are the igniter, burners and other like parts that are for heat and flame distribution (like conductors). If the propane source is not attached, an electricity source is needed. This is why they are considered portable incinerators. The one I saw in use had a propane source, was not "plugged in" so no generator, truck etc. It is eerily quiet.

I know it's a really "out there" theory but maybe these guys were into satanism? They sure liked the blood and gore. Maybe TB was a blood sacrifice? It could have been a ritual killing.

You are right, whoever said a Ram is a satanic symbol. It is.
http://www.jesus-is-savior.com/False Religions/Wicca & Witchcraft/pentagram.htm

Is that why they were targeting the truck?
If TB was killed inside the truck, it would give some significance to this idea (ritual).

This does go hand-in-hand with the "thrill kill" motive theory. Why thrill kill for no reason? What is the motive behind the thrill kill? A black magic ritual that would give them "powers".

Wow, I just remembered in Sharlene's speech at the memorial yesterday, she did mention that "the devil led evil to our home" (not exact quote) but very similar to that. She did say "devil".

“The devil led the vilest form of evil down my driveway and he smiled at me before taking Tim away,” said Sharlene Bosma at the service.

There is no border issue about MS. Zero. None. and not one link about a border issue.

There appears to be active trolling go on, designed to send people down false paths.

Likewise the long incinerator discussion.

That's how I found his (MS) FB link! Through AM. The car that was mentioned in a recent report (Blue Nova), pictures are linked through AM and MS and DM!!!

http://www.insidehalton.com/mobile/...suspect-in-bosma-murder-seen-in-youtube-video

"An undated photo retrieved from Facebook shows Millard and a vintage blue Chevy Nova parked in Smich's Oakville driveway on Montrose Abbey Drive."

I have proof (pics) from AM's garage of Blue Nova, and the emblem is on MS's FB. AM's FB was closed a day before or after DM was caught..! Can't locate MS's FB any longer also.

If you saved it in your favorites, it may have a "special" fb url with an extra username attached to it. e.g. flowerchild (dumb example but you get my drift.)

Mark Daniel Smich hunched over in the corner of the box, his head lowered and his face turned away from dozens of journalists who filled the courtroom.

Tall and gaunt, his dark hair shaved almost to his skull, the 25-year-old from Oakville placed a hand over the mark on his face and looked briefly around the room, but did not seem to make eye contact with anyone.

Tall??? I thought his description as the second person involved was that he was shorter than Dellen Millard. Strange. How tall is he? How tall is DM?

I'm not sure if I read this or heard it on the news, but somewhere I read or heard that he went to a chef's college. Did anyone else find that?

I really can't remember where I read it. I remember being surprised that he didn't take something to do with the family business. I just assumed he had an interest in cooking. I have not read anything else about that particular interest though.

Extra security was brought in for his appearance, which lasted 10 minutes. He stood, slouching with his hands in his pockets, while he was formally charged with first degree murder. Asked his name by the justice of the peace, he replied "Mark" in a low voice. The JP had to prompt him for his last name.

He should know by now how to respond properly when asked his name in court. A druggie? JMO

I just looked up the term "FREEUP" which was associated with Mark Smich's description on that freaky music video.

The title of the video was GHOZTED 2012 ft, MARK. SMICH (FREEUP) (OFFICIAL VIDEO), and listed Mark S. as playing the role of "The killer" in its credits.

Free up urban dictionary def: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=free up

(v.) term used by friends and supporters of stupid jibteks from Toronto whenever said warriors end up in prison for doing the stupidest **** imaginable. Instances of useless methheads "going to the bin" over and over for the same thing are so common that local prisons are considering installing revolving doors just for the tweakers. "Free up" is usually posted excessively on facebook, in statuses and on the jibtek's page while waiting for them to get out, just to go back again.

So then I looked up jibtek:

jibtek: Someone who often consumes jib, or meth, and is a fiend and steals peoples' s**t for money, so they can afford more jib.

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=jibtek

Is he a meth head?
