Something that could be concealed under a sweatshirt, but obvious to anyone looking at him, that he was concealing something. I could be a small laptop.

It's been said that Stacy kept a diary. No mention has been made if that diary has been found. I don't think the laptop has been found. So it looks like that laptop is something that DrewP may feel could be incriminating to him. Could Stacy's diary have been an online diary? Something like LiveJournal?

Joel Brodsky says lie detector tests are like flipping a coin, they're flawed. There's no validity to them. The panel of attorneys said if your client is innocent the client will pass a polygraph, but if your client is guilty, he will fail. One attorney said something interesting......even psychopaths often can't convince themselves that their lies are the truth and fail a polygraph.
Nancy asked about the "death threats." Brodsky said most are from the Chicago area, all anonymous except for one. Brodsky hasn't turned them over to local police, but he's keeping them in his office. He says the Bolingbrook PD won't do anything about it. He says DP called them when there were fist fights in front of DP's house and the local police wouldn't respond. Brodsky later changed his story and said it was a pinata with DP's face on it that was being hit, and that's what DP called the police about when they wouldn't respond.
Nancy Grace asked Joel Brodsky about the "dating game." Nancy zeroed in on Brodsky and asked Brodsky how he was so certain that the body in the field wasn't Stacy? Nancy said, "I think it's because you know where Stacy's remains are, and they weren't in that field." Brodsky stuttered and said that even Dr. Cyril Wecht agrees with him that the body would be a skelton by now, and the body in the field still had flesh on it, so he knew it wasn't Stacy. Nancy asked him why he's consulting Dr. Cyril Wecht if he's so certain that Stacy ran off with another man? Brodsky said "so I could answer the questions I knew you were going to ask me."

Nancy should have then asked him how he knows how long her body would be there...after all, Drew said she ran away. She could have met her death last week.

If you read everything that was posted late last night and look at it not just indidvidually but togather it is sick.
Here JB is on NG and once again makes a fool of himself as a lawyer by not turning over all evidence to the police because he assumes that because they didn't respond to the pinata with Drew's face they won't respond to death threats ? And then talking about a fistfight..I thought the police were right there that day the vigil was going on..they knew what needed their attention and what didn't. That has nothing what so ever to do with death threats. JB has a way of mixing up apples and oranges and saying they are the same.
Then to know that her body would be in a certain state of decomp..why would he even ask Wecht that if Stacy is somewhere trotting around in her jogging suit and a bikini? He just is not all there.
Then the playboy lawyer and Drew..Drew wanting a divorce..but obviously has not even checked on the laws pertaining to that in his situation?
None of this makes sense unless you know your wife is dead, when she died and where the body is. He knows he doesn't need to divorce Stacy because he knows she is dead.
Then saying earlier he'll sign the windows from his and Kathleen's house the guy on eBay is selling..what is he thinking. I am sure LE is just so happy Drew and JB are back in the limelight Let them continue to talk. These people are all just sick and warped. JMHO

ThoughtFox, thanks for the link to Nancy's show. The thought occurred to me that DrewP may have a very good reason not to take the alleged "death threats" to police even if he didn't write them himself. Maybe the handwriting matched "Ashley's"
Another sign about JAB's prowness as an attorney. He just tipped off the prosecution about who JAB and DrewP might be looking at for a forensics expert, and may be giving them some idea of why they might be checking.

Wecht is presently on trial in PA for misuse of his office as coroner. I'll see if I can find an article about that. So, he may not be the best person to be used as a consult..they may need to do their next consult from a jail cell. JMHO

(sarcasm) Well, wasn't that just so nice of him to take time out of his busy day to consult with JAB. I mean with attorney appts and court and all. I do hope that some reporters will contact him to see how his conversation with JAB actually went and that he will also take time out of his busy day to talk to them.
