I have not seen where anyone has verified these charge using his DOB. So I haven't included them. I know JustK went to a lot of trouble to verify so . . .

I'll double check the offense times and date as oppsed to the Court dates which in some cases are not close in time to the offense date. In some cases it was months apart. In one case it was years apart.

That'll be good for reference, but for the comfort zone map, I don't need the dates, just the confirmed locations. Thank you for all that work!

After I get the major offenses done, I'll see about adding traffic offenses.

This is as far as I have gotten. I checked all district courts up to Madison and then the system shut down again. It takes forever to open each case to get the date of offense. But this is a good start. I will keep udating, over time, now that it is formatted.

JustK, is there anything in those listings that give a more precise address for where the offenses took place? I'm assuming not.

Major kudos from me for anybody who can find his exact address in Norfolk in 1992/93! Or where he lived 1986-1993! Or where those 1986 offenses took place!

Here's a streamlined version of the comfort zone map. Instead of mapping every address, I lumped together incidents that were in the same town. So there are dozens in Ruckersville, Charlottesville, and Orange, but only one or two in some of the other spots.

Google does suggest a route that wasn't there before: from Culpeper to Richmond via Rt. 3 and I-95, on the way to the Tidewater area.

It also looks like Rts 15, 20, and 151 might be in his comfort zone and worth searching towns along them.

Birthdate 06/19 is all I am going with...he may have faked birthdates but I can't verify so the only RATs i go with are the DOB 6/19.

By the way, I went through every county last night on GDC not on CIRCUIT, yet and found only that I somehow left off the Madison County charges. Will check to see if I added them above.
