Suspicious behavior of Haleigh Cummings father

Her telling her time line pretty much said she was not home in the evening and Tommy had dinner made for her and they talked and watched tv and went to bed and she had a hard time waking tommy up when she got the phone call so she knew there was no way he did anything because he would not be able to sleep like that if he had.

Now just when does that tell us that Haleigh went missing according to what lindsey thinks.

I mean I assume she came home way before 3. Makes it appear she believes it happened before she got home.

Nope. Me, too, LT.

But we're suckers, still chasing after the easiest target handed to us.

:gold_crown: Emma Peel ran off with her bingo cards and all I've got is this big ole crown. Hope it doesn't mess up your hair. :)

Does she really believe that, or is she attempting to set up an alibi for Tommy? Note that she conveniently omits Tommy's visit to the MH that night. LE has stated they are focusing on the late evening and night on February 9th. I'm sure Lindsey knows that.

This entire transcript from Nancy Grace is a real "crock" as GGMS would say. In fact, the fingerprint "time clock" at PDM started after Haleigh disappeared. This attorney is just parroting what Ron has told him, he has not actually investigated any of this "crock". So, in Ron's own words he came home eight hours after he started work and worked three hours overtime?????????? If he stopped by the store (past his house's drive) at around three am, then he arrived at work at around 7:00 pm? That's about eight hours. So, he was at the house when Misty's brother (whichever one) was visiting with his kids and the AC man arrived too? I'm so sick of all the lies. Am I the only one who sees even more lies on Ron's part than Misty?

No, there are plenty of us that see it, and plenty that don't.

In order to believe Ronald is innocent, You have to have a logical explanation for these actions:

You arrive home to find your daughter missing, and you don't run door to door looking for her.
You don't ride up and down the road looking for her, and as far as you know, she has only been missing 5 minutes.
Your still not looking for her, but you put your 17 year old girlfriend on the phone to talk to 911.
You have better things to do than to talk to people that aren't coming, so you hang up on 911 not once, but twice, and you still aren't out looking for your daughter.
You don't question Misty's whereabouts, when her brother says she wasn't home that night.
You don't question her story about doing laundry, when there is no detergent in the house.
You don't question why she can't pass a polygraph.
One month later, you marry the dumb b**** girlfriend that let's your daughter get "stole."
Six months later you divorce said girlfriend because you can't go anywhere together without people staring at you
You warn Misty to watch what she says to DB, because she is trying to trick her into revealing information about Haleigh's disappearance.
You don't return to work, or at least check in with your employer in order to keep your job. Your daughter may still be alive. Don't you need to be thinking about the future as far as a paycheck and insurance for your children?
Your out cutting off rat heads and stuffing them into mail boxes. I'm sure this is helping to find Haleigh, but for the life of me, I don't get it!
You are getting into fist fights with your in-laws.
You have psychic abilities, because you can find stolen guns from afar. Too bad you can't use your powers for good instead of evil!
You are out selling drugs to undercover cops. Is this the protocol of other fathers of missing children?
You got Misty behind bars, and that's more than LE could do! Was this as TN would have us believe, planned?
Your mother questions whether you think Misty will talk, and we are supposed to believe that the two of you are hoping she will? Ok, is that really the results you want? If so, why did you warn Misty about DB? You could have had that information months ago. And instead of saying you hope she will talk, you spit out some bs, but the only thing I understand is, DON'T FORGET OUR CONVERSATION IS BEING RECORDED!Last thing. Why was it important for your gun to be stolen, and later found at your brother-in-laws house? Found, because you could direct Misty right to it. How does any of this point to innocence?

Boy you said it all right there Maryann! Thank you :blowkiss:

Did I mention that Ronald sent Misty out to find his gun, but as far as I know, neither of them have been out looking for Haleigh? Why would you waste 1 minute looking for a gun when your daughter is missing?

Was her finding the gun after Haleigh went missing? I thought that happened before? Do you think Ron needed Misty's (or someone elses) fingerprints on the gun and that's why he had her find it. After wiping his clean? Who knows? I'm becoming as paranoid as lonetraveler LOL

It was mentioned in her voice stress test. I thought it happened after.....but I'm gonna go back and listen to it again. I'll let you know....unless someone else knows the answer to this and can save me the time.

Maryann your previous post was right on point! (post #604) Ron is no way innocent in all of this and that is where I stand on the issue too.

In the VST Misty says Joe was there for a two week visit. It seems the gun disappeared during this period. It looks like this was prior to Haleigh going missing so I have to assume they were looking for the gun then. I don't know how I got that confused, but I'm glad you set me straight. I've always thought that gun was planted at the brother's house because Ronald needed a fall guy in case the gun had been used. Now, who's the paranoid one?

No worries... nothing in this case has been simple or easy to follow. Kinda gives us a peak into how chaotic Haleigh's life probably was. Still it doesn't make sense that Ron would deny having Joe at the MH that day so vehemently.

Uh oh! The paranoid side of me is at work again. Maybe the gun was never stolen, and Misty never really looked for it. Maybe Ronald had it all along, and just wanted to get the word out that it had been out of his possession for a period of time. I would think this would give him an out, if the gun turned out to be a murder weapon. I wonder how many times this story had been told prior to the VST?

In order to get home that night, Ron Cummings had to pass by Tommy's house, where we know there were LE. When he drives up and finds out his daughter is gone, he doesn't run down that street to alert the officers available.

How do we know LE was at Tommy's house when Ron C drove down Tyler to go home? Am I missing something..I recall Bowling or someone in PCSO stating a call came it at 2 something that morning.. And I recall hearing dispatch ask an officer what she was doing at 116 Tyler, but I thought that was after the 911 call had been placed..JMO

That officer was being called by dispatch to ask her position. She relayed she was at Tyler, and could proceed down to Green. It is my belief that LE was dispatched to Tyler prior to the Green Lane call. That is how I have interpreted the scanner transmission that was released many months ago. What we do not know is why they were on Tyler at all.

Thanks, I was under the impression she was at Green Lane first and then went to 116 Tyler... Reason being there was another call later on and I though she stated she was back over at Green Lane.

she said "heading back to Green Lane" which I took as a directional statement, and not a linear time statement. This officer was called to respond to the 911 call placed at Green Lane, which means she was at Tyler when Ronald passed by to go home.

In the WEEKS & MONTHS THAT FOLLOW

JMO - this bears repeating, over and over and over again.
