Suspicious behavior of Haleigh Cummings father

Just wanted to add two minor items in the Suspicious Behaviour column for Ron Cummings. These are minor compared to the long, long list but to me, very telling:

1. Ron getting Haleigh's tattoo put on his leg.
2. Ron putting "Only God Can Judge Me" on his truck's back window.

I just didn't want these two little items to get lost with all the overwhelming "suspicious" actions of this man.

Do we know when ron went out and bought the words for truck?
when did he put it on the truck?
After Haleigh was gone???

and I know a lady that killed herself by gun in an apartment building and

A neighbor did report a loud vehicle in the neighborhood during that night. I wish we had more information from what the neighbors stated. There were also reports that numerous vehicles were coming and going from Ron's MH that night. If the neighbor thought that they heard a vehicle backfire it could very well have been a gun shot.

I was reading the transcript of the Geraldo video that got confrontational and saw this. I don't remember seeing this before....seems very suspicious to me.....possibly the truth came out in an unguarded moment???

A neighbor did report a loud vehicle in the neighborhood during that night. I wish we had more information from what the neighbors stated. There were also reports that numerous vehicles were coming and going from Ron's MH that night. If the neighbor thought that they heard a vehicle backfire it could very well have been a gun shot.

These were posted at different times.

The dumpster is used for tree cuttings and yard waste only. It gets emptied when it's full, so there is no set schedule for that. The fence that surrounds the dumpster area did not have an area of fence that was broken. The fence around the dumpster area could very easily be gone over if someone wanted to go over it. Very easily. In fact if someone wanted to they could have very easily passed a 40 pound child over the fence as the section of fencing behind the dumpster is lower than the rest of the fencing around the community

A car came in that night around 1:30AM. No cars have been in at that time before or after that night. Coincidence? Maybe. The car did park on the short street by the dumpster. 20 minutes later the car or truck I should say was heard racing away down Buffalo Bluff Road. The community isn't designed to where someone would just happen to take a wrong turn and find themselves in the community.

I didn't see it, but it sounded like it could have been an older pick-up. Now a neighbor told me she did see it and it was a truck with a topper on back. She's a little squirrely so I don't know how good her info is.

Actually LE isn't saying anything. They just listened to what I had to say and that was it. I offered but got no response. So that still puts me wondering in fact was that the car that came in, since I didn't see it just heard it. The real troublesome thing to me is the time that car came in. 12:30 to 1:30AM, no cars, ever, come in here that late and every resident in here has a newer car that doesn't make any noise. If you close your eyes picture a older big motored car like a old Bonneville or something, that's the noise I heard.

Lots of people who need the police at a time such as Haleigh's disapperance are also a little shady and have things they might not want exposed to LE but i would think that all of that goes out the window in the case of a missing/endangered child...even with the cops, they are not interested in your stash, only to the extent that its source may be involved perhaps. IMO RC seems (and has always done) way too worried about hiding his own criminal activities to the detriment of Haleigh being found. I am sure if he told LE, hey listen, I'm a smalltime dealer, but this is a real missing child here, what can i do to help, etc...they would have not focused on his drugs and just worried about Haleigh. Instead we are in this mess a year+ later due to the constant covering up by so many people to hide other possible crimes, thefts, etc...that she got lost in the shuffle. IMO what i am trying to say is that he never came off genuine to me-he may have felt pain and grief but it was always tinged with self-concern and what MC might say. Why should he ever be concerned about what comes out of MC's mouth if he has nothing to hide?

It's my understanding that when the heart stops beating, there is no longer any outward bleeding. Maybe I'm wrong. If this is the case, instant death would produce little blood. Was the gun found in the culvert, the type that produced a big bang, or a little pop? It would be hard to fire some guns without neighbors hearing it go off. I was just wondering if this question had been answered and I missed it?

Thank you for your post. As to the portion I bolded, there have been many that have gone to law Enforcement over the past year with their memories and observations on that night, Thank God. However, I tend to think that the silence that each is met with is due, in part at least, to Law Enforcement having a good indication of what they believe happened to Haleigh and where their investigation has been going since day one. They are lacking a few pieces of key evidence but I have faith they know where to find those missing puzzle pieces and they are beginning to get the full picture. JMO

There are areas where the sound of gun shots or car backfire (those scare the poo out of me!) is barely noted by residents. Something is always in season here it seems.

With RC, it is a matter of following the money. He loves money, money and guns. They both bring him power. He will do anything for them.....because they bring him all he needs and desires.

If he was getting a cut of misty's actions, he'd be all for it as long as she brought him money, I don't think he would care.

On a different path, what ever happened to RC's friendship with OT? I wonder what the connection was between the two of them and how well did misty know OT? It is a most unlikely combination, imo. It was odd the way OT hovered over R & M in the beginning (he behaved as if a bodyguard) and then "Poof", he disappeared. That was suspicious!

I think if it were worded differently it wouldn't sound so much like he knows she's not alive. Maybe something like "...that my daughter's alive unless she is found otherwise" or "....unless they find her body." As it is, it just seems to end in mid-thought. MOO

It is interesting that Ron would not run to the nearest neighbors, no matter what time of nite, bang on doors, ask for help. I let my 6 yr. old son walk around the block for the first time, years ago, and when he didnt return in 5 mins, and I couldnt find him, i called 911, people I knew in the neighborhood to please go look, etc. I was frantic. My father in law, who lived 2 streets over found him 2 blocks over, where he was not supposed to be. My point is, if your child is missing, you panic and ask for help right away, not hang up on 911
and not shrug your shoulders and say I dont know, I was at work

BBM ITA It has always bothered me that Ron didn't go to his neighbors' houses looking for Haleigh. At the very least, he should have been running around yelling and screaming "Haleigh Haleigh" and waking up the whole trailer park. He didn't though....hmmmm.:waitasec: I've always believed that Ron and Misty know exactly what happened to Haleigh and that it is connected to drugs.

Ronald can't control his rage, his girlfriend slept with another man, and came straight home and slept with him! He sneaks off from his job, and goes home to confront Misty face to face. Things turn ugly, and Haleigh is caught in the middle. Something terrible happens. Maybe Tommy witnessed something he shouldn't have seen. Beheaded rats show up in his mailbox.

No murders though! Except of wildlife, and usually it's people who do that to eat and feed their families.

Dodie---I agree. Something is very weird here about Ron's reaction to Misty's
weekend! She not only cheats on him but with WBG? We know Ron's temper
and know for a fact he's a racist!

It seems like he'd be more likely to kill her than marry her unless she had
something really big on him!.. Shared guilt of some kind is all I can figure.

BBM...When you say something very weird went on there, are you speaking of how Ron C and his family pretended to be supportiive of Misty?
