Circumstances of Disappearance​

On May 23, 1985, at 19.00, Sylvie Bovet was at a country house in La Rouveraie, in Bevaix NE. She went for a walk in the forest with a teacher and another girl. On the way back, about 100 m from the country house, Sylvie walked thirty meter ahead of the teacher and the other girl. At a turn of the path the teacher lost sight of her, but she supposed that the girl came home safely.

When she didn't find Sylvie at the house, the teacher immediately searched for her, but couldn't find her. Sylvie has never been seen again.

In the 1980's, 21 children went missing in Switzerland. They are now known as "the lost kids of switzerland" or the "missing kids from switzerland".
Four of theses kids had been kill by the same man.
Four others were killed, each by different people, and thoses crimes were unrelated.
Seven of them are still missing to this day, and Sylvie is one of them.
For all of the other kids, their body was found but nobody was ever convicted for their murder.

IMO many of the missing/found ones have suffered from the hands of the same person.

beautiful baby who was surely kidnapped by some mentally ill person, one of those who are always on the lookout for little boys and girls... although we cannot blame the teacher, in a way she has responsibility in this case... you should never leave her alone. children without supervision... 12 years old she is still small and innocent...

I see some allusion to potential suspects such as Werner Ferrari in this thread.

For context, Werner Ferrari is a convicted serial killer in Switzerland responsible for the murders of five children between 1971 and 1989. He was sentenced to life imprisonment in 1995 for five murders. One conviction (Ruth Steinmann, 1980) was later overturned due to another suspect's involvement, who had committed suicide in 1983.

However, Werner Ferrari did not commit any known crimes in or near Neuchatel, Switzerland. His abductions and murders of children between 1980 and 1989 occurred across eight different Swiss cantons, including Basel-Landschaft, Zurich, Aargau, Solothurn, and others. His victims were from places such as Reinach, Kloten, Rümlang, Windisch, and Hägendorf, but none of the documented crimes specifically involve Neuchatel or its immediate vicinity.

Ferrari had no known personal or operational links to the Neuchatel canton. His criminal activities were spread over multiple regions, but Neuchatel was not one of them.

Therefore, Ferrari operated in many parts of Switzerland but not near Neuchatel, and he has no known connections to that area and no crimes attributed there.
