IF partyers involved (trial just begun), my theory is that the only people who really know what happened and are being evasive thereby ‘covering it up’ are JMc, BH, BA. It was probably an accident involving Chloe the dog. Maybe they could count on Proctor and co. believing whatever they said and KR was just a Patsy. If she had slept in and not looked for him, they would have blamed it on a drunken fall and ‘dying in the cold/hypothemia’. JMO just a possibility

We do not know because there was not a proper investigation. Possibly, five people may know (the Albert couple, the McCabe couple, and Higgens). Others surrounding the case could have gone along assuming it was KR based on the 4/5 people who know.

We don’t know what happened to him. The prosecution has yet to provide us with evidence to show how JO’K died. The ME doesn’t know how he died.

Guilty of what exactly ? Show me any factually based evidence that shows her striking John…it’s ALL he said , she said, hide this, exclude that, cover up some areas when needed being shared in this 2nd trail..:what REASONABLE BEYOND ANY DOUBT guilt has been provided offered or testified too? There’s plenty of doubt, it all points in direction of “ HIGJLY Doubt Karen Read struck John with anything let alone Lexus suv

She Very well could be and the smoking gun just hasn’t been located or proven or shown or testified too as of this point … but in” Reasonably Doubt” that will ever happen

No, and there’s too much reasonable doubt to find her guilty. Our justice system says innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt to keep innocent people from being put behind bars or to death.

I think someone in the Albert’s home is guilty of killing him during a fight, but i also think that as of now, IF all the house partygoers were put on trial, there’s too much reasonable doubt to find them guilty. (As of now with what we currently know.)
